GoogleFollow up review after Rob and Becky guided us from new landlords, managing tenant requests and then delicately managing the ending of a tenancy due to selling the property. All of this was done while we were on the other side of the world, largely conversing by email. Their communication, professionalism and advice throughout the whole process from start to finish has been nothing but faultless, we canβt thank, praise and recommend them highly enough. Excellent local company, would strongly recommend you consider their services.

GoogleRob and Becky from Assured Lettings have been incredible with their advice, direction and professionaliam from the first meeting we had with Rob to us now having our property let, which for people who have never rented a property has been just amazing. Can't recommend them enough, and they simply put some of the big names in Derby to shame. Do not over look this company. Thank you Rob and Becky

GoogleRob and Becky were an absolute pleasure to deal with. I was a very concerned father trying to find a suitable property for my 18yr old daughter to fly the nest and set up a suitable home for herself, this was made so much easier by the professionalism and help from both Becky and Rob, from viewing to collecting the keys i felt better knowing my daughter was in their safe hands. her last Facebook post read:- I canβt think of a time where Iβve actually been this happy and content in life... itβs been hard but Iβve got to where I need to be and Iβm so thankful to the people who made it happen. Iβve got my own flat that I can call mine, I love my job and who I work with, it does waffle on about friends and boyfriends etc but i won't bore you with that :) Thank you Becky and Rob for all you have done you come highly recommended. GoogleHighly satisfied with the service provided by Becky and Rob from presenting the property at the viewing to answering all our queries post tenancy agreement. We were impressed by the way Becky took care of the newly carpeted house during the viewing and Rob, patiently answering to all our questions promptly after we moved in to the rented property. GoogleAWFUL!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. As a landlord Harrison won't answer calls or emails. won't pay us the rent we are owed. The tenant couldn't get hold of them either, and maintenance reports were ignored. Doesn't appear to be part of any property redress scheme. Shocking service, shouldn't be in business.
