Paul , one of the technicians is a lovely bloke. Treated our house with respect and made sure he had his shoe covers on. Did a really neat repair, cleaned up all the mess, you wouldn't even know he had been. Worked well with the plumber and returned early to finish off so we could make an appointment we had in the afternoon. Great work Paul and thanks for your efforts.

Disgusting attitude from sales team at maes y rhedyn, unhelpful, rude, patronising, rolling eyes when asking for help. The most atrocious sales team. This is just the start. We are in the process of purchasing and it has been a joke from the start with miscommunication and bad attitude. We were pushed to get paperwork done but now can’t be guaranteed that this will work with timescales which means we lose £10000 in redemption fees.. I just want to pull out but can’t. These are the people that are supposed to make the process enjoyable and I don’t want to deal with them.

We have owned the Hartford since June 2023 at Crossfields, Catterall. The bath had settled slightly bringing the sealant away from the bath. Spoke to Anwyl who had a technician there the same day, brilliant service. The Technician turned up early (Josh Hough) very friendly, put on shoe covers to protect the carpets, worked efficiently and took great care to repair properly. Thankyou

We decided on the Winnington Place with Anwyl Homes in Jan 2022. From the time of reservation of the plot till the time of moving in during July 2022, our journey has been fantastic, thanks to the efforts of Kelly and Marie from Customer Service at Winnington Place. Both Kelly and Marie helped us settle down with all formalities, all the way through the process, by going into each and every detail of the property, arranging viewing of the show home innumerable times, sorting out the solicitors and mortgage lenders and keeping us updated on key milestones right through our journey until we moved in July 2022. Kelly and Marie also helped us with discounted service providers with many add-ons we did to the house, before we moved in. The moving in process itself was very smooth and comfortable. After we moved in, Keith Best and Phil Jump, the Site Managers, helped us with everything, from clearing all the snags on the snag list to attending to my adhoc calls for help. In fact, there were very minor snags found when we moved in and we are very happy with the property we have bought with Anwyl. I just cannot praise enough, the hard work and dedication that Keith and Phil have put in and are continuing to doing so in keeping the Customers at the Winnington Place Estate happy.Overall, I would say we have made the best decision in buying the property with Anwyl at Winnington Place and our journey right from the start would not have been successful without the tiring efforts of Kelly, Marie, Keith and Phil as above. Anwyl Developers have been great in terms of their House Build Quality, Customer Service and Reliability.

Lee Reynolds came to rectify some of our snags. This was mainly paint work. He was excellent and arrived on time and worked through his list.I cannot rate Anwyl higher because they refused to acknowledge the rest of the poor paintwork. In addition, the touch up work was goid, however when an entire wall has been sanded and filled due to poor plastering you would expect the whole wall to be rollered, not as what occurred, the use of a mini roller to cover the bare minimum. It is obvious therefore where the work has been touched up rather than a uniform coverage.

Brilliant service from Lee, fixed my doors from opening as the catches were in the wrong place and also now my front door closes properly 😊 However still waiting for a multitude of jobs to be done that should have been wrote on the 4 week call but there was no room on the sheet for them to be put on. Still got a wonky porch, bent bannister, dodgy tiling, lots of missed painting etc etc. Lovely homes, lovely site, just needs proper quality checking before key releases. But seriously can someone sort my jobs please 🙏
