Hamilton Smith Debenham reviews

Phil and Sarah couldn't have been more helpful with our 'difficult' house sale! Always on the case, they determinedly continued communication with the buyers who frequently went silent for weeks at a time. They negotiated on our behalf when things were going awry. A slow, inexperienced solicitor on the buyer's side was no match for their professionalism, patience and experience, finally bringing the sale to a satisfactory conclusion. They also helped us remain positive through difficult times. Maybe they should offer their counselling services more widely?! If you want some actual human beings, who are kind, knowledgeable and efficient, helping you through a house sale, look no further than Hamilton Smith, Debenham.

Sarah and Phil are simply the best! They have gone over and above everything I would expect of an estate agent. Trying to sell my mothers property in testing times has been made so much more bearable because of the dedication of these two lovely people. If you are in doubt about whether to use this agency - don't - if anyone can do it - they can and working with them is a joy!

From the beginning of our journey the staff were helpful, supportive and knowledgeable. This continued throughout a rather protracted and complicated move. Sarah in particular was always on the ball and quick to respond to any queries.
