GoogleI recently purchased a property via Bright and Bright and can’t compliment them enough for the experience. Buying can be a hugely stressful and difficult thing but the team (Becky and Debbie, my main contacts, especially so) went above and beyond to help the sale move forward. From taking the time to understand what we were looking for, to negotiating with the seller on our behalf, to dealing with minor bumps along the road, they were fantastic. Can’t recommend them more highly!

Often meeting me out of hours at the property for my trades people to do my estimates . They chased the probate and kept me totally updated weekly . GoogleWe were very happy with the professionalism and communication that Bright & Bright showed during what was a very difficult sales process. The marketing had a number of false starts (mainly due to the potential purchasers not reading the particulars). We were kept well informed on buyer’s interest but a considerable amount of interest seemed to be wrongly placed due to not reading the particulars in advance of a viewing. At the end of the day, Bright & Bright found a buyer who eventually completed the purchase but we do feel that Bright & Bright (at the end of the process) seemed to be more supportive of the purchasers than us as sellers (and who would be paying them their commission) in pushing for completion at a mutually acceptable time. We also found the communication about the state of the property from Bright & Bright on the day of completion most unhelpful in a very fraught situation. It seemed to be a total over reaction for which we have received no apology. So, overall, 7 out of 10.

GoogleThis had to have been one of Bright & Bright’s most difficult sales. It was a probate sale which began at the beginning of Covid which made life impossible , added to which I live in Ireland which meant for 2 years I had to conduct the sale from a distance.When we finally were able to get things moving, agreed sales fell apart for crazy reasons. Through all this Bright & Bright never stopped believing in the sale. Thank you.

GoogleWe dealt with Bright & Bright when we purchased a property recently. We found the service provided by Rebecca, Mandy and their colleagues to be both professional and helpful. They were easy to contact and always responded to our various enquiries in a helpful and timely manner. We also had need to use their rental department due to unavailable delays in the property purchase and once again we found them to be entirely professional. I would definitely consider using this firm if I was planning to sell a property in the local area.

Nigel has a really strong understanding of the market and advised us well on price and marketing and the house sold quickly. However, Nicci as well as the whole team were so professional and efficient in their support of us making the whole process less fraught than it can be. I can honestly say they are the best agency we have ever used.

GoogleWe recently bought a house in Walmer through Bright & Bright and were really impressed. Their communication was fantastic and they helped us get the house sale through in just 6 weeks! They took the time to help us out whenever they could, such as by letting contractors into the house to quote for us before we had even exchanged contracts (as the house was unoccupied and a bit of a project). We are really grateful to Nicci and the whole team.

GoogleNot quite sure where to start with explaining how amazing the team at Bright & Bright is. We have moved into a rented property in March 2019 and everything was just easy and simple. Anything that needed doing with the property would be dealt with immediately, the staff are friendly and often check with you if there is anything that needs doing or if you are getting on well. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. A+++++
