GoogleFantastic level of ‘proactive’ property sourcing by Dart and Partners, and especially Izabela in the Dawlish office. From a vague specification Izabela provided us with a selection of potential properties, arrange timely, consecutive viewings and also took on board our feedback to fine tune our requirements to find a perfect match. Keep up the good work.PositiveProfessionalism

Googlerecently sold my property through Dart & Partners at Dawlish. From their initial valuation appraisal; the viewings, the subsequent offers and then through to the final sale the whole team of Stuart, Theresa and Izabela where fantastic. Their enthusiasm, calm manner and professionalism gave me the confidence to instruct them to place my property on the market with them. House sales may often be a stressful time, but their expertise and commitment ensured a quick and easy sale for me. Thank you so much.

GoogleWe recently purchased our park home via Darts. The agent that dealt with our purchase Theresa McPhilimey was Professional, helpful polite and friendly. From our first viewing and all the bits in between right through to receiving our keys. She is a great representative for Darts and if we ever decided to sell our home in the future Darts would be at the top of our list. Not forgetting Stuart & Izabella who were also professional, polite and friendly. All in all a great team Many thanks to you all xPositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
