Beyond grateful to Sam, Aby and Rhys for representing me during my sale. I loved my first home, and I’m grateful for their support and finding me a buyer quickly. I’ve found Sam and Rhys in particular very personable and professional. Buying and selling in a sales chain was a new experience for me, and I felt Aby managed everyone’s expectations well. I’d definitely go back to Jackson Grundy when we come to sell (hopefully not for many years yet!). We’re beyond grateful for their help.

I have rented a property in the Daventry area through Jackson Grundy Estate Agents and Lettings for just over 11 years and I would highly recommend them if you want a professional and competent service. My experience in renting properties is extensive and I always view the experience with a start, middle and end. The start is fairly straight-forward, most estate agents are good at this phase and Jackson Grundy were no different. Friendly, helpful staff ensured my initial tenancy was off to a good start. The middle phase of the tenancy through Jackson Grundy was exceptional, I never had any issues and any problems with the property were fixed on time through their dedicated maintenance team. Fantastic! The end of the tenancy was also straight forward, I kept the property in good condition, I received my deposit and their ends a fantastic time in Daventry. If you would like a similar experience, renting a property through Jackson Grundy Estate Agents is a good place to start! A big thank you to Lindsey Hancock and all the team at Jackson Grundy.

Lyndsey and her team provided excellent service, helping me find not just one but two properties. With the first property, managed by Jackson Grundy, there were some issues that required handymen and electricians, but these were always arranged promptly. However, I would advise checking previous utility bills before renting, as I was hit with unexpectedly high electricity bills, this wasn’t Jackson Grundy’s fault, but it's something I wish I had known beforehand. Lesson learned. For the second property, Lyndsey truly went above and beyond, ensuring I found a home that was much better suited to my needs and without the same challenges. The property pictured, the first property, although beautiful to look at and has quirky features inside comes with its challenges due to the very nature of its build.

Supportive, professional, all round 10/10!

I have recently been using the Mortgage Broker services with Louise. I can honestly say it has been the best experience for a FTB, Louise answered all my questions I had about every single thing professionally and promptly. I felt completely supported throughout the procedure & that everything was in my best interest, rather than theirs. A shoutout to Alice too, who answered my emails in Louise’s absence & even gave me a call to discuss parts of the mortgage offer on the same day as asking the question. I would 10/10 recommend to anyone else & look forward to working with them again in the future.

Fantastic estate agents! Chris was very quick in finding someone to buy our house, both him and Megan were incredibly professional with everything to do the sale and showings.Becky was a godsend when it came to the sale! Jackson and Grundy Duston - superb

Jackson and Grundy Duston, have been amazing to deal with from start to end. We initially chose them to sell our property, as compared to other agents we approached they did not do a hard sell, harass us, or rubbish other agency’s in comparison to them. Megan and Chris were super professional throughout the selling process and they helped me secure an offer within a week or two of being on the market. Later Becky was superb as the sale progressed and supported above and beyond with facilitating communication between us, all solicitors in the chain and the other estate agents in the chain. I’m so grateful to the whole team for the fantastic service they gave us and after having a pretty dismal view of estate agents prior to working to these guys, I have had my mind well and truly changed. My advice to anyone choosing an estate agent to sell their property is to be careful who you chose to represent you - if they hard sell and make you uncomfortable then the chances are that any potential buyers of your property will feel the same. The team at Duston could not be more pleasant to deal with.

House sale following parents passing

Following the passing of our parents we contacted Becky at Jackson’s and from the off we were provided with excellent support and advice. It took several months for probate to be sorted out and during that time we lost a link in the chain but Becky kept us informed and secured very quickly another purchaser. During what was a difficult time for the family, Jackson staff were great, always replied to emails and answered all our queries. Lindsey and her team have managed my property for many years now and have always been extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. Any issues or repairs are always dealt with very efficiently, they have a good network of tradespeople to deal with any eventuality. Tenants have always been reliable and the property has never been unoccupied for more than a few days in between tenants. As tenants of a JG rental property, I can definitely say that we've been treated with care, support and kindness over the 4 years we've rented with them. Avoid this agency at all costs

Avoid this agency at all costs. The way I was spoken to was rude, unprofessional, and completely dismissive of me as a customer. Instead of owning up to their behaviour and offering a simple apology, they sent lengthy responses trying to twist the situation to make out I was in the wrong. Communication was inconsistent and confusing, and any time I raised a concern it felt like they were more interested in defending themselves than actually helping. It’s clear they don’t value their customers or know how to handle complaints properly. The whole experience has been a complete waste of time and energy. If you’re looking for an estate agent who is professional, respectful, and customer-focused, I’d strongly recommend going elsewhere.
