Another home run for the H & H collections and payment team! I have just completed my returns for the last year and it was really smooth as the guys in the collections and payments didnt miss a beat! Every payment matched every bank entry to the penny! I only reconcile my property accounts once a year and the payment advices go straight to my Rents folder so I dont check them until tax reporting time. I have been working with H & H for over 10 years and every year they make the administration of my small portfolio really easy to manage. Professional and extremely competent

As a landlord for many years I deal with many agents when selling and buying property and I can honestly say that my recent experience with H & H has been one of the most stress free and enjoyable one ever. The team there are fantastic and very professional and they never dropped the ball once. In a market which has been crazy over the last year they must be rushed off their feet but they still managed to make the transaction smooth and trouble free. Both Javed and Evie guided me on how I needed to prepare the property in order to secure a fair rent and a good tenant. During the cleaning and refurbishment stage, Javed and Evie showed prospective tenants the property and advised them on what the finished property would be like.The whole process of selecting Howkins and Harrison was painless with the team being proactive from the beginning and continued to communicate and update me throughout the marketing process. Having moved several times previously but never with Children this was the most stressful move for us and our "final move". Jenny couldn't have been more helpful, went above and beyond, made the children feel at ease on viewings and nothing was too much to ask. The team of Jenny, Andy and Claire have been so sympathetic in our roller coaster plight of the moving lark! We have had a few things go wrong with our buyers and have had to sell our house 3 times. They have been so patient and genuinely cared about how upset we were. They liaised with and kept our sellers informed at all times and if they hadn’t we wouldn’t have exchanged yesterday.
