Howkins and Harrison have managed the sale of my property with professionalism and efficiency. They have been friendly and focussed and have given me complete confidence that I am in good hands, communicating with me and offering sound advice throughout the process. Prior to selling, I was always very happy with the way Karen managed the tenancy of the property, providing sound advice and friendly and helpful service. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Great tenant experience

I have been a tenant in a property managed by Howkins and Harrison for the past two years.Any work that has needed completing has been done proactively. The inspections are notified well in advance and any routine maintenance is also planned in. It was great to move into a fab, clean and ideal property with new carpets. It has been my first rental that feels like 'home'.As a tenant it is important to have an easy and efficient point of contact and clear communication. It has been a smooth, trouble free and helpful service from my local branch in Daventry.

To sell or let go to Howkins & Harrison

Having let my property with Howkins & Harrison for 5 yrs and enjoyed a healthy relationship with them I obviously wanted them to sell it and could not have had better service. David Clarke was efficient, professional and totally trustworthy, his help was invaluable. I would strongly recommend anyone to engage with this company

Excellent Service

We have just sold our house with Howkins & Harrison and could not fault their professional approach to all the aspects of the selling procedure. We received a realistic valuation, and the photography was excellent, which looked great online. We obtained numerous viewings and offers due to this great marketing by Howkins & Harrison.Albeit the first sale fell through, we received continued excellent assistance from all the team and we really felt that they cared about selling your property for you. Hence, we felt that a first-class service was provided from beginning to the final conclusion.A very polite and friendly Company, and the epitome of good old fashioned customer service, which is a very rare commodity. Our special thanks go. to David, Jamie, and Sally.

Howkins & Harrison in Daventry were excellent throughout our sale process, produced by far the best photos (we’d previously used 2 other Agencies), and kept us informed regularly. We dealt with Clair mostly who was fabulous, especially when the chain became difficult. Would highly recommend.

Great service from the whole team

We have have engaged Howkins & Harrison for a number of years assisting in the marketing and re-letting of our property. More recently they assisted us in selling our property during turbulent & uncertain times in the housing market due to increasing mortgage interests rates. They coordinated the sale in a chain of five buyers efficiently and effectively. In our dealings we have found all members of the team to be professional, courteous and quick to respond to our needs. If you are considering the need for the services of a property agent I can highly recommend Howkins & Harrison.

Very good. After our first property(with a different agent) fell through, we found a property in Badby. Clair was excellent through the process, acting as an intermediary between us, the sellers, and the solicitors. Clear communication throughout, and a speedy response to any questions. Happily settled into our new home now.

We had lived in the house we sold for 54 years, having bought it through Howkins & Harrison in 1968. I had no thought other than asking them again to help sell the house. They did not disappoint and have kept up the superb standards of years ago. The whole team worked very hard through ups and downs to get the job done. They were always helpful and I am very grateful to them. I recommend them highly.
