Following a night of no sleep with an issue with a smoke detector I called Howkins Harrison first thing this morning, Evie quickly passed this issue over to the relevant team. Alex reached out straight away, followed very quickly by a call from an electrician. Super impressed with how quickly the issue has been sorted. Just another reason I stay with Howkins and Harrison over any other letting agents. Thank you!

The Lutterworth office

The Lutterworth office, in particular Deborah has been amazing with their help, advice and support. They've had more contact with us than our estate agents and managed to round our solicitor up giving us up-to date information and overseeing the entire sale and purchase. Highly recommend

the whole team were right behind us for the entire sale and purchase process. On a difficult and disrupted sale they managed to keep things on track and got us to the end safely and still reasonably sane. Special mention to Andrew Kilburn and Jenny Ponder who were brilliant throughout. going to a "proper" estate agent was exactly the right thing to do.

Clair was fantastic throughout a very stressful process. From the beginning, she was open, friendly, and personable. She was constantly on the ball with our solicitor and was great at communicating updates with ourselves and our buyers. It was a pleasure having Clair deal with the sale of our house and we would highly recommend Howkins and Harrison to anyone looking a selling.
