GoogleWe had a good experience during most of our tenancy, including multiple inspections throughout with no issues raised at the time.
However, the end of tenancy process was very stressful. Communication became difficult, and there appeared to be inconsistencies in instructions and handling between staff, which made things confusing.
There were several disputes regarding deductions from the deposit, and overall the process felt unnecessarily strict, with some points felt disproportionate.
I would strongly recommend keeping detailed records, photos, and written confirmation of any instructions throughout the tenancy.

GoogleRented house where Danette was managing agent. On moving in Numerous problems including dirty kitchen with silverfish infestation, electrics needed attention, leaking skylight, dishwasher broken, several light bulbs broken, woodwork infestation, curtain rail hanging off. Took 4 months for heating to be put right. Roof leak before Xmas, needed bowls/ towels in 5 places to catch water, over 3 months to mend. Dry rot never treated. Got so fed up moved out.
