We dropped into Fulfords Dartmouth without appointment during Dartmouth's busy Regatta. Ryan was immediately willing to see us and took considerable pains to answer our queries and advise us about selling our cottage in Kingswear. He visited a couple of days later on a Saturday morning and spent an hour or so with us giving us the benefit of his experience and a valuation. We could not at this stage bring ourselves to part with it and have so informed him, but have no doubt that when we do, as one day we must, Fulfords will be our first port of call.

An unusual review as Ryan Wall-Palmer of Fullfords in Dartmouth did not actually sell our house. He did however regularly check the progress as the conveyancing proceeded. At one stage it did seem as though it would fall through as there was a great deal of procrastination from our buyers. This was at the stage of exchange of contracts. Ryan kept in touch and if the sale of our house had fallen through we would have given Ryan at Fullfords an opportunity to act on our behalf. He was persistant without making us feel pressured. He had the right balance between keeping in professional contact and making sure that if the unthinkable had happened we'd call upon him and his Sales skills to sell our house. So although he didn't sell our house in the end he secured a future Vendor and filled us with confidence that given the opportunity he would deliver. We have now moved (completed a month ago after a fashion!) and Ryan has made contact to check it had actually happened. Testimony indeed to a good 'follow up' and service of potential Vendors.

Dartmouth - Fulfords Patience, professionalism and genuinely helpful Prior to appointing Fulfords in Sept 2019 we met with four other agents in Dartmouth for an exploratory/ preliminary chat. We appointed Fulfords because from the outset we felt that this was the team that we could work with most easily (and this turned out to be the case). It’s probably true to say I’m not the ‘easiest’ (or most patient) of clients however Carl and his team ‘managed’ me superbly. Exceptionally approachable, patient and they listen. They REALLY listen. Communication was exceptional throughout : Prompt call backs, progress reports and a lot of practical help with some fairly challenging issues. I am a hard taskmaster and I had a very stressful sale. The purchaser had a specific deadline but the situation seemed to become ever more complicated from both sets of solicitors, so we were working against the clock. Carl started the sale process and was always extremely helpful and professional. Alas he moved to another office, but Anne took over and went way out of her way to get the sale through. She put up with my frequent calls with extreme patience! If Anne wasn't around, Ali and Maria picked up where she left off. I always felt looked after.
