I regularly use the co-working hot desk spaces here, and the set up is great value for money. With my head office being in Walthamstow, it's an ideal space for me to work from when I need to be closer to home in Kent. The staff in reception are always very friendly and helpful, and offer a great service all day, every day. There is also a nice cafe, The Nucleus Cafe, in the reception area, who deliver food & drink orders direct to your desk, which is handy. I would certainly recommend utilising the office space.

Been a semi-frequent customer until today when I got there, no staff, so rang the bell, told to wait a moment, okay no problem. The staff member who eventually came round had a face of utter contempt that a customer had come into the cafe. Bare with it I thought, we all have bad moments, I asked for a ham baguette ‘we aint got any baguette’s left and we close at 1 today’ (to note it was 12:30). I took the queue and left. Its a small business on a small development, so when you proactively show through your actions and tone that customers are an inconvenience, they’ll stop coming. Maybe they wont care but I 100% will go there again, nor will my wife or my kids. So, 4 customers lost.

I have worked here for just over 4 years and I've always had a great experience. The offices and communal areas are always kept clean and tidy and the facilities available to us are of a very high standard. It has an onsite café producing lovely food, and there are plenty of parking spaces for myself and colleagues. Kim and the team do a fantastic job of running the site, always on hand when you need them and they always greet us with a smile. Overall, a brilliant place to have our company. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. I work on the second floor. The reception always looks lovely with flowers. There are special events we all get invited to, sometimes there are balloon decorations or a selfie wall. Jubilee was great with an afternoon tea and "the Queen" I always feel safe at work. We are kept posted of everything going on. It's situated in a good place too. Easy to get to etc There is also a cafe on site which is incredible. Again everyone is super helpful and friendly.

Worked within this building for two years and have always found the service exceptional. No problem is too big or small and the staff are extremely accommodating. Kim and team are always professional, polite and offers a personal touch. The centre is the perfect display of expert management and business facilities, including an on site cafe. Wouldn’t recommend using this building for your office space- Everything always seems to much to ask, even when asking for the aircon turned down-thermostat in the ceiling so cannot access it so requires a £200 engineer call out, with weather chopping and changing this is just ridiculous. Management funny about providing milk, when this is in the contract. Cafe overpriced and shouldn’t be allowed to rent the space with the quality of the food they are providing. Only one lift works, with the other smelling very damp. Whole building could do with a deep clean. Office space supposedly cleaned, however layers of dust continues to sit around the office.

Our Company: Aqua2pure Water Hygiene Ltd has been at The Nucleus Business Centre for five years. The Nucleus is a proffessional and friendly place. Great oportunities for networking and getting to know like-minded people. The staff here are profficient and obliging. It has very good amenities including an excellent cafe serving breakfast and lunch. There is also a kitchenette on each floor to make your own tea/coffee (free of charge!). Not only able to provide office space, The Nucleus is run by Oxford Innovation who provide business mentoring support for FREE, if you want it! Keep your eye out for the Pioneer 10 workshops and experience the support for SMEs, you'll be amazed and no doubt, like me, signing up for your office space too! Oh, and did I mention the cafe? The Nucleus is a 'state of the art' business centre, ideally placed , accessible with good car parking. The venue benefits from excellent managerial support in the form of Kelly Brooker. I have recently joined to rent space from Nucleus Business & Innovation Centre. I have to say what a beautiful inspiring little gem this place is. The staff are so welcoming and helpful.. you actually feel part of a team.. The business that are already established are always greeting me with a warm welcome. The cafe is just perfect as there is nothing around I count my blessings to be part of such a great environment. Toilets are clean, the cleanliness of the whole building and great ventilation. The biggest issue with this building is it's poor location. Difficult to get to and from due to the closeness to the Dartford crossing. Also not near too many shops. Very little parking on site. With £60 parking tickets if you dont get a permit. Air conditioning is badly setup either too cold or not working. Also internet speeds are slow. Appear to be routed via a VPN to their head office before going out to the web proper.
