Bexley Homes Dartford reviews

Myself and my partner were looking for a property in Crayford. Upon liaising with the estate agents, a property viewing was arranged. The flat itself was a new build and was immaculate and we were very interested. After a bit of hassle with parking (4 flats have allocated parking, all 4 were vacant and the landlord would not allow us to use a spare parking space whilst the properties were vacant & we offered extra money for this) the agents appeared lazy, would not assist with speaking to the landlord, only a response of “The landlord has said no”. There was no effort to try and secure a long term tenancy agreement and felt a bit deflated with the whole experience. The agents went back on their words stating that the landlord rejected our move in date and would then call saying that they have accepted it. When the office was called, other agents replied “sorry I have no idea who you are or what property you are in about” instead of trying to assist. Agents are poor and the whole experience has been nothing short of shambolic.

I bought a probate property last year for my family and it required a full renovation. I didn't know where to start or who to approach. Step forward Bexley Homes. Ammo was very transparent with what needed to be done in order to bring the vision I had into reality. From initial contact to final delivery - the service was immaculate. A special thank you to Harjot who was managing the project and answered all questions I had, no matter how silly they were. Highly recommend.

Bexley Homes came highly recommended to me from a family member and I was not disappointed, in the property game it’s hard to find agents that are 100% committed to a property owner, but the team at Bexley Homes have been exactly that! Not only have they managed a property for me the last two years impeccably but they also have overseen a full renovation for another property I have in the area, when I mean they can do it all they can do it all. I’ve dealt with Harjot on the renovations side and Ammo on the management side, both are very well informed in their respective fields which helps when you’re first starting out in the property market and both are very professional and leave no stone unturned when it comes to providing a service for you, I can’t recommend them enough!

I can’t sing Naz’s praises high enough . She was so reassuring all through my special needs son renting process . Naz was a top professional who was prepared to fight my corner and didn’t leave anything to chance . No stone unturned and as a result she clinched the property in Brighton with dignity, integrity and with brilliant communication. Naz was a pleasure to work with and has taken care of some complex documentation on our behalf . Thank you Naz for everything . Much appreciated. Highly recommend her to get your deal over the line.

The team at Bexley Homes are brilliant. I have been living in my Bexley Homes property for 3 years and can't recommend them highly enough. There aren't many issues due to the quality of the flat and any issues that arise are fixed quickly, to a high standard. Everyone is lovely to deal with. The grounds and communal areas are kept spotless with regular maintenance and they've even rescued me a couple of times when I've locked myself out without complaining! Thanks everyone, easily a 5 star review.
