House was absolutely filthy when we moved in, despite Landlords 2 saying it had been 'professionally cleaned'. Having complained about the dirty condition, Landlords 2 did not offer to do anything about it or refund and rent for the time we had to spend cleaning up. The garden was overgrown and the grass hadn't been cut in ages. Most of the lightbulbs were the old high energy filament type (very important at the moment) and quite a few were blown - the main bedroom light was a 25W bulb! We had to request control of the heating system which was app controlled - someone else could control the heating! There was a lot of undocumented damage. Not a good experience! We have many more pictures if anyone doubts this review.

My dealings with Landlords2 has been totally positive from the start. I inherited a cottage 100 miles from where I live and following much careful scrutiny of the available high street agents, co-opted their services. These services have been outstanding in terms of well informed advice, locality awareness, and property expertise. We recently found ourselves in a situation where our long-term tenant gave us notice to move out. Unsure what to do next we contacted Tim from Landlords 2 because not only had we heard fantastic things about them, but we had also been told first hand from friends and colleagues what great job they had done finding a tenant and managing their properties. And we weren’t disappointed… From the outset Tim was fantastic with a nothing is too much trouble attitude. His customer service is second to none and we were so impressed with his enthusiasm and a gusto to do the job right. Tim very clearly cares and very much puts his clients first, not only that but he knows his stuff along with all the baffling legal requirements that we know nothing about. He took some fantastic photographs the day we dropped the keys off and by the next day it was well advertised across all the big name sites such as Rightmove, Zoopla and Prime Location as well as his own website and social media. Needless to say in a very short time Tim has found us a perfect tenant. Thank you Tim for providing a fantastic service, I can wholeheartedly say I would not hesitate to recommend Tim from Landlords 2 to friends, family, colleagues, neighbours and anyone else who may be looking for a fabulous letting agent to look after their property portfolio.

Landlord2 are an excellent letting agency. If I have any concerns there is always someone at the end of the phone to talk to and nothing is too much trouble for them. They are very efficient so I do tend to email them as they are so prompt at getting back to me. Before choosing Landlords 2 I looked at the reviews and I thought they were too good to be true and they must be fake reviews but I can asure you they are not.

Dear TIM & BEV It is with great pleasure I am writing you this testimonial. I recently had a vacant to let properties in Stockton, I thought it may be a little out of Tims catchment area but in the true nature of “givers gain” asked Tim if he would be interested in advertising the property for me to which he replied no problems at all. No time was wasted, details where taken about the property and more importantly what sort of tenant I was after. In no time at all they located me the perfect tenants taking car of all the nigly stuff. I cant comment enough how thorough their inventory is, this is very comforting knowing you have a comprehensive record should a tenant go rogue. Remember there are plenty of estate agents and whether they are in lands end or john o groats it doesn’t matter now days as nearly 100% of people now just log onto right move to search for there property needs. What sets Landlords 2 apart is they have Tim and Bev at the helm who really care. I decided to use Landlords 2 after looking at many others but their rates for both Landlord & tenant were very reasonable and the reviews outstanding …. Tim, Shelly Bev & Beth all helped me by guiding me though my first property to let making it very easy and painless on almost a daily basis. They have very quickly found two excellent tenants for two very different properties at the rental estimation they originally gave me. (no rental price drop) proving to me that they know what they are talking about. One thing I liked was their very friendly manor and the patience they had when I didn't quite understand certain terms. I found the experience first class and would recommend Landlords2 to anyone thinking about renting out a property or a tenant looking to rent.

We had four properties to let, and Landlords2 were appointed as joint agents with one other firm on "first past the post" basis. Landlodes2 let the four properties in a very short space of time ahead of the other firm., All four tenants are excellent quality, and two agreed to pay the first six months in advance.
