We recently completed our commercial property sale via Carver Commercial. From the outset Chris was pro-active, efficient and professional. There were some complications with the building but Chris made it all seem so straight forward as he clearly knows the commercial property business and regional market inside out. He gave us good advice throughout and also chased the conveyancing solicitors when they were a bit slow. Would highly recommend.

I used Carver Commercial to advertise my lease for re assignment and they went above and beyond and found new tenants to take over, during the re assignment process they really helped myself and the incoming tenants with every aspect of the process, which went very smoothly and quickly A further recommendation for Ailsa who was my go too at Carvers and helped me in every aspect of the deal making sure I got the best deal, answering all my questions and pushing everything through quickly, Very professional and efficient, highly recommended Carvers Commercial and Ailsa Thank you Carvers

I’ve used Johnathan Howe AssocRICS, DipRSV Surveyor and Valuer on two occasions now. Firstly for the sale of my property where I needed a surveyor for the help to buy scheme. He was incredibly thorough and helpful. Johnathan explained each step to me and offered any advice when asked. His services were very reasonably priced compared to others in the area and overall the experience with himself and the company have been nothing but professional and positive. I required Johnathan’s assistance and expertise again when I was looking at buying a new property for myself and requested a level 2 home buyers survey. Johnathan walked and talked me through each area of the property and advised on areas of concern. Once he had completed the report and sent this over, he again offered to explain any areas I didn’t understand in more detail. I couldn’t recommend Johnathan enough to someone needing his expertise and advice.

Genuinely the worst sales representative and most disgusting customer service i’ve ever came across. How JULIE NICHOL hasn’t already been let go from her position for her outright disrespectful and arrogant attitude i do not know. Wasted my time for over 2 months and then jeopardised my process in taking on a new tenancy after she lost her temper due to multiple errors on her end. A very nasty woman with an appalling attitude, someone teach this lady how to deal with customers. Multiple disrespectful remarks and comments made from Julie which were recorded and will be sent to management unless i’m refunded my £180. I’ll look forward to a response.

Excellent service from surveyor Johnathan Howe. He took time to discuss my concerns and requirements before undertaking the survey. The survey report was thorough, clear and detailed. Johnathan also took the time to discuss the findings of the survey with me so I fully understood the next steps I needed to take before proceeding with the purchase of the property. My experience with Carvers and Johnathan in particular was absolutely perfect. The building survey was carried out in a timely manner. Once I received the survey the attention to detail was brilliant and I was able to ask Johnathan about some of the queries he had highlighted in the report. Will definitely be using them again! Johnathan Howe carried out a valuation for me to repay my help to buy. He was superb from start to finish including and additional urgent desktop survey he turned round asap. His service is first class and his friendly nature is something you don’t get much these days as a customer, priceless! Not to mention out of the 3 quotes I got for this type of report these guys were cheapest.
