YellGreat friendly service.
Friendly service. Willing to go the extra mile. Great communication and understood the needs of the buyer rather than just the seller. Jayne and Andrew stood out and were more than helpful.

GoogleCan't even get a house viewing never mind a sale in two years. Serious lack of communication amongst staff. If you want to sell your house then use another estate agent.

It would appear from your 3 star review, you’ve felt you’ve not had the greatest experience with us. I’d be interested in why this might be, please contact me direct at our office, I did look for a contact for you but cannot locate you as a client of ours - regards Jayne

Hi Rachel, without having full knowledge of whether you were buying, selling or just enquiring. I can not determine why you have given us a 3 star rating. Some feedback would be greatly appreciated as to why we did not meet your expectations, or reach our usual high 5 star level of service. Happy to speak with you or receive an email. regards Jayne

A 3 star review is not of our usual standard, we pride ourselves on excellent customer service, so it’s concerning that you may be slightly disappointed. We can’t locate you as a client to understand why this might be. Please get in touch as we would like the opportunity to discuss your experience- kind regards
