She has been a diamond throughout the whole buying process and her team are great at answering all questions you may have and making you understand the process which is so important especially for first time buyers or sellers. GoogleWe chose Ramsey Moore to sell our house after obtaining valuations from 3 other estates agents. We had been following the local property sales market for some time and we were already aware that Ramsey Moore had been successful at selling some neighbouring properties in good time and at a very good prices. On valuation day, Derek came over and impressed us with his knowledgeable and relatable approach to marketing. Of all the other companies that had given us valuations, Derek was the only one who seemed to pick up on our main priority - a very quick sale - whereas others were more focused on going through the normal process of open marketing. Even before we signed up with Ramsey Moore, Derek had made phone calls and found us a buyer. Of course, we signed a contract with them and, even though we had a buyer, our property was still marketed as a ‘plan B’. Thankfully, the ‘plan A’ worked out and the house was sold in 8 weeks. Derek worked efficiently and effectively with the solicitors and gave them a friendly nudge, when necessary. He kept us informed and updated at all times. We would definitely feel confident in recommending Derek at Ramsey Moore to anybody who asked for a recommendation. Thank you Derek and all the best 😊

GoogleI would not recommend this agency because when we took the property they assured us that is not just for a year for rent but is for long term and guess what happened after a year. Eviction notice reason been they are selling the flat. Never been late with payments or had any troubles with anyone around. This agency is absolute waste of time and money!!!! Do not deal with them!!!

GoogleI have viewed so many properties around Greater London in the last 9 months with all renowned Estate Agents. 8 or 9 houses on the same day including the house at Dagenham which I have just bought. We have done the completion within 6 weeks (excluding the bank holidays). Lindsay, Property Consultant at Ramsey Moore helped me to view the property and help us all the way for the speedy completion. They are not only professional but also go above and beyond excellent customer service.

After waiting about one month, I had to talk directly to the landlord in order to have a renewal of the agreement. So the agency excluded itself from this agreement, by not taking care, in time, of what was its job...
