She used her initiative, showed me an apartment I had not asked to see but she thought would be suitable. When it was taken off the market she remembered 12 months later and reached out to both parties and managed after much hard work and her pro-active approach to get it over the line creating both a delighted buyer and a delighted seller.

All purchases have up's and down's and it's frequently not what's expected that catches you out. Knight Frank, I assume like most other agents did the basics well. What made their service special was how the unexpected was dealt with in a calm and professional manner - and this made all the difference as stress levels rose. We chose Knight Frank alongside a local agent to sell our property. Initial meeting was upbeat and positive, however, the portal/paperwork was extremely clunky (it’s a useful idea but I was unclear about which site [Knight Frank or the Home Owner Passport site] to use which then required a couple of resets and a Kafkaesque encounter with the Compliance Department requiring the intervention of the Office Partner.

I rent the property from KF, it was good in the beginning however after I moved in lots of problems need to fix. The property manager is very hard to contact and I was being locked outside of flat for many hours because the lock is damaged. Moreover, every time ask them to replace or repair at least takes few months. KF has many nice properties, the only thing that matters is hope it doesn’t get wrong
