So far, I’ve had a really good experience with Linden Homes. This includes my initial communication with the appointment booking office, followed by a really informative appointment with Damien. Damien spent time answering all of my questions, and provided additional information relative to my circumstances. It’s clear that he’s keen to understand what customers’ needs and preferences are in advance of a home purchase.

We purchased our house at the Coventry the Meadows at Woodland View and we couldn’t be happier with our first home, and could not recommend a Linden Home enough! Sharron (sales lady), Laurie (customer service representative) & Mark (site manager) have been absolutely brilliant. I highly doubt our home buying journey would have been as enjoyable without them!

We brought a fletcher linden home at falfield grange the site was finished this was the last house pretty much ready to go. Sales team were brilliant always had someone to get in contract with. (Becci was fantastic) We have had a few snags since moving in which is to be expected from a new home. We did have a leak from the hot water tank which we were not impressed with but things happen. The customer service team were brilliant got someone out straight away, Hayley, Shaunagh & April such lovely people friendly on the phone really understand where your coming from, they have made sure someone has booked work in to sort the snags straight away so we can not complain at that. David the site manager who came down from the brockworth site to help sort some snags has been fantastic, always in contact with me checking things have been sorted. We love the small housing estate we live on the views are fantastic. The size of the house we got we paid a very good price for it considering what else is around. The only negative review I would give is the garden not being very level and bumpy, patio slabs very basic only a few put down.

TrustpilotYou will realise snag list is so high once you bought the house and they would not rectify them
I bought a 4bed show home in shinfield Medows in 2018. When I first got the keys , I realised bath shower curtain is missing. They have taken it to fix it to different house. There was a big snag list including tiles not fixed properly, bath, door frames, kitchen cupboards wrongly fit. You wouldn’t believe how bad the house was. I was waiting for so long them to rectify it. Time to time someone come and they would say they have brought the wrong door or it is a too much of big job. They have to come again. Still they have not rectified anything in to 5 years from buying the house. They will only be nice till you buy the house.

Be aware. Read small print. My wife and i put a deposit of £99. Down on a house. Thought that was the one for us. But didnt no less then 24hrs,we changed our minds, that was a month ago, just found out, they dont give refunds only on a £1000 a £100 isent much to them with cost of living you would think as a good conpany they would give you your money back. So make sure you dont hand, a deposit over unless you are a 100% sure. Your lose it descusting. These companys take it very qwick thoe. Thanks Lindin Mark Jordan.
