GoogleVery poor customer relations Called them from outside the office for over 5 minutes and no response so walked in to find 3 ladies happily chit chatting and eventually one decided to acknowledge us. A simple request to speak to someone regarding house Conveyancing was replied to in a very unprofessional manner that there was no appointment for three weeks. Called another local firm who saw us first thing the next day.

GoogleWhat can I say about DW Shaw, a solicitor who feels leaving me for two weeks with no representation while she goes on holiday. I am fighting for my SON who is just born, and she thinks two weeks with no contact is ok. Holidays and personal life for this firm seems more important than clients. Don’t think Shona Gallagher would just ignore her kid for two weeks. Please avoid this firm and solicitor at all cost, so many more professional firms able to assist their clients rather than themselves. You would think some else would cover when solicitor was on holiday. As they charge enough in fees.

GoogleIn common with another couple of negative reviews, my experience with the Cumnock branch has been awful. Can't get to speak with lawyer because always on holiday, but will call you back ASAP...never do. In a word APPALLING. In fairness, I also use Mauchline branch and have highest regard for all there.

GoogleThese sites all seem the same, however this estate agent has very nice people at their shops when you call or at least the Cumnock and Kilmarnock shops are good.
