100% I would recommend Nest Cumbernauld estate agency, to my family , friends and everyone. Kirsty and her team are The best at what they do. whilst I was in another city they sold my flat remotely with no hassle, arranged the home report, advised on minor repairs, arranged and carried out the viewings. Kept me updated throughout the process and explained things clearly without jargon. If you’re looking for an estate agent I’d say look no further.

Completing a review from a prospective purchasers point of view. There are so many estate agents particularly in the Lanarkshire area but often when I call to view the service can be really slow, viewings being very inflexible and just generally not very impressive. Not good from the sellers perspective (often none the wiser with poor service they are getting from an agent they are paying). I came across Nest for the 1st time when viewing a property in Cumbernauld, whilst Im not moving forward with it Kristin was excellent, very responsive - passionate about the area and the property and had an excellent approach. If I were selling I would definitely want to use an estate agent like Kristin. As a purchaser, again the professionalism combined with the enthusiasm to market the property and make the viewing process so smooth was really welcomed in a market that is saturated with quantity but struggling with providing quality service to both sellers and purchasers. Thanks Kristin/ Nest. I hope you manage to capture a good market share and hold on that service element as you grow larger and even more successful.

I had previously met with a different estate agent but after a recommendation from a friend I decided to meet with her aswell before going to market, and I am so glad I did. Our property was sold within days, Kirstin covered every aspect of the sale and after being so stressed at the thought of moving she just took all that away. I will recommend Nest at every opportunity in the future! I would definitely recommend NEST Estate Agents. I recently sold a property in Cumbernauld, with them and the service I received was excellent. They were professional throughout, and as I live 25 miles from the property, they were able to deal with everything, from the photos to viewings to handing over the keys on the completion. Giving me a totally hands free selling experience, and taking a lot of the stress of selling away. The house was on the market for less than a week, and they had negotiated an excellent offer. I cannot recommend Nest Estate Agents highly enough. Kirstin visited my home last Spring to offer an appraisal with a view to selling and she was thoroughly professional, knowledgeable and efficient while, at the same time, being friendly and approachable. I had actually phoned to cancel the appointment because I was in two minds about moving, so I asked if she would mind coming to give me an "informal" assessment, to which she replied "Of course - I don't DO 'formal'!" And so it transpired! She was bubbly and friendly and although I was torn, I decided to go ahead a view a property for potential purchase. Kirstin advised me on that - it was advertised with another estate agent in Cumbernauld, but still, although I hadn't fully committed to the sale/purchase, Kirstin kindly advised me when I rang with some information about the property I'd viewed. Due to a change in my situation, I didn't go ahead with NEST, but I still remember Kirstin's dynamism and her great courtesy and understanding when I emailed to say that I wouldn't be going ahead with NEST after all. She could not have been more kind. She was completely professional when she replied to set my mind at rest (I had been concerned that I was letting her down) and she wished me all the best with my decision. Thank you, Kirstin.
