FacebookWe had our property for sale with Homeweb, Kevin was very understanding that we both worked shifts and arranged viewings around our shift patterns. We eventually decided to stay where we are! But if we did change our minds (again!) would definitely use Homeweb...no rip off fees, no fees for viewings!

FacebookGreat service, from both a seller & buyer perspective. Homeweb really know their market & therefore valuations are realistic & fair. Their fees are so reasonable too, I don't know why you'd go to anyone else to sell your home!

FacebookI called to cancel a viewing more than 2 hours before due to unforeseen circumstances. I received very poor customer service and was told that I was being short sighted and it was rude of me to cancel.
Ciara, this was an appointment that you had already rearranged once and we informed you at the time the vendors would be making an early return from a day out in order to show you over. When someone is selling a home and expecting a viewing they will usually go to a lot of trouble to clean the house through, make sure the kids keep their bedrooms tidy etc so a late cancelation is a real disappointment for them and I would ask any potential buyers reading this to PLEASE take this into account when visiting properties. And the unforeseen circumstances were that you saw another property beforehand and put in an offer on that one. Which is where I would like to touch on the 'short sighted' comment. After 41 years in the business I cannot tell you how many times this situation has arisen, hundreds. But what I would also like to just point out to other young house hunters reading this who are looking for their first property is to make sure you see absolutely everything there is on the market before you jump in with a hasty offer. Who knows, the one you are just about to cancel may be even nicer than the one you have just offered on. Don't panic into buying the first one you see or be bullied by a pushy estate agent telling you 'its going to go quick & we have lots of people viewing it after you'. That extra hour or 2 looking at ALL the properties you had lined up to view may well pay dividends. Thank you for at least phoning to cancel the appointment, some people won't even have the courtesy to do that, and I am sure the home you are buying is lovely and wish you well in it. Kevin, Homeweb.
