From the very first day I met Ashley…

From the very first day I met Ashley Harwood from the Cirencester branch of Stutt & Parker I found that I could communicate with him, which in today’s world is not something to take for granted, he was the agent that was the closest in valuation to what the cottage archived, the price was not inflated, just realistic. Throughout the sale his support team did everything they needed to do to keep me up to date with any progress and fed back from the potential buyers, if I had another home to sell I would definitely take to Ashley and his team at Strutt & Parker.

Outstanding in all aspects of selling a house!

Sophia Fuller, Farren Mitchell and team in the Suffolk branch were absolutely fantastic! We had used several estate agents before who were not comparable to this standard of professionalism at all. I have since gone on to refurbish the property and extended the lease to create some real value. I’d trust Ed, whether on the buy or sell side. I've been in the property business for over 40 years so i know i have a good knowledge of the sector. We recently completed the purchase on our home through strutt & Parker in Cuffley. We met Gina who was fantastic with us from start to finish, she went that extra mile to help us achieve our dreams. I was very impressed at the way she made herself available for several viewings at very short notice, negotiated our position with the owner successfully while reminding us that she acts for the owner. The purchase was completed very quickly and I can safely say it may not of happened at all without Gina's input. Thank you soooooo much for all your help in what was a very unorthodox purchase. I have been involved as an executor following the loss of a loved one. I needed to obtain several valuations for probate purposes. Strutt and Parker were also recommended to me by a friend but once I met Gina Simpson it was clear that the Company she works for were much higher profile. The brochure was far superior and the marketing of the property went really well and within a short time we had a local buyer at a price other agents hadn't said was possible in the current market. I had contact with a few of Gina's colleagues who were very helpful to me. With all the issues I had to deal with Gina Simpson helped me through all the hurdles and her attention to detail and always being on hand through a long drawn out probate process was wonderful. Gina Antoniou Simpson Strutt and Parker Cuffley I met Gina in 2004 when she sold my property in less than a day! I instructed her again on my current property and we completed the sale very successfully on Friday 3rd November 2023. The most recent sale was complex and (Because of the British system) full of obstacles. Gina navigated these with professionalism and the wealth of knowledge she has obtained in her twenty plus years in the industry, she held the process together keeping me updated and informed at every point. It was extremely reassuring and I believe this sale would not have concluded this way without her skills. We met Gina a few years ago when we first had dealings with Strutt & Parker then more recently when we decided to instruct them for the sale of my late parents home. Gina has a lovely friendly manner but equally always very professional and discreet.
