I originally went with another estate agent to sell my property. After a year of unsuccessful viewings, very little or no feedback negative or positive was received despite asking regularly. I decided to take my property off the market for a few weeks and then decided to try Flying Keys. What can I say? From the start Flying Keys were professional in everything they done from the initial valuation on 18/08/25 with Ryan, 27/08/25 photos and measure with Dan, 1st viewing 03/09/25, with Kian, 22/09/25 offer made and accepted. I was added to the owner app Street where I was informed and updated at every stage from beginning to end. Kian assisted every viewing until the sale was finally completed 31/03/26. Kian was and is a wonderful, polite, friendly young man who in my opinion Flying Keys are lucky to have as part of their team. I definitely recommend Flying Keys to anyone who are thinking of selling or buying their home. THANK YOU ☺️

I cannot recommend flying keys enough! Our house has only been on the market a little while and already have a viewing scheduled! I think the reason for this quick viewing being booked was how amazing the photos are! Special thank you to Dan! Dan was amazing coming to do the photos and was so quick. He also had the patience of a saint when my toddler was attempting to get in every single photo. Thank you so much Dan! Also big shout out to Lydia who is an absolute star!

We didn't have a positive experience with flying keys. We purchased a property with them, and got as far as paying out for a home survey and some solicitor fees to progress the purchase. We were then notified that the owner hadn't gone through probate. We received a phone call from flying keys explaining that the property does have to go through probate, but will only take 3 weeks and will coincide with the sale. Well we never heard of a probate going through in 3 weeks. Then we recieved an email from the sellers solicitors explaining this was false, and an application hasn't even been submitted. We were informed that it would be a minimum of 16 weeks till the probate goes through. After explaining this to flying keys and sending them the email, they said they will investigate it. Due to them not following this up, I contacted them 2 days later and they hadn't even read the email I sent them and was still under the assumption it would be 3 weeks. Following this, I sent them a friendly email explaining, to our disappointment we have to pull out of the sale. Due to the situation, we couldn't risk losing the sale of our property and leaving us in a position of finding alternative accommodation etc. In my email, I also queried why this had been missed, and why wasnt the right questions asked which i recieved no answer for. Why wasn't the questions asked if the seller had gone through probate? Why was no paperwork checked? It was a complicated situation and this was a big oversight on their part. Resulting in us putting an offer in on a house that wasn't even technically owned by their client, which has cost us money and time. After sending the email we got no appologies. There was no offer of reimbursement, for the money we wasted on the property due to their mistake. We wouldn't of even wrote this review if we had just recieved a simple apology. The staff have always been friendly when we have spoke to them. But this was a big let down and expected more from them in regards to this situation. I hope in the future, properties that have been or are going through probate are checked properly, and paperwork is checked before putting on the market. So someone else doesn't waste time and money on a house that shouldn't be up for sale in the first place.

Bought a house that was for sale via Flying Keys and they were pretty amazing from start to end. They allowed us access at short notice, they gave us the space to view the property and they were lovely to deal with. In particular, a huge thank you to Lydia who showed us around, and gave us the space to make this huge decision and was an all round legend. The property is now ours, and we are very thankful to the whole team at Flying Keys for being part of our first home purchase.

Customer service as a potential buyer is not great. Twice I've asked via email an estimated rental value of a property I was interested in amongst other things and this question has been ignored. I was questioning the valuation of a property and how this has been achieved and showing a general interest. The response received from Lydia was very vague, no time taken to deal with my questions and parts of my email ignored. I have my own home I will be looking to sell, I will be taking my business elsewhere... I did think about not leaving a review and just forget about it but as a potential seller in the future, I would want to know what kind of service my potential buyers who show interest are receiving.. based on my brief experience with this company, I would not recommend - abit gutted as was expecting good things as quite established.

Flying Keys came to our rescue when our house sale fell through one week before completion. The team dropped everything to help us and managed to photograph and market our property within 24 hours. After our first property falling through, Flying Keys were one of the first agents we met with for a viewing - Lydia was amazing and we ended up putting in an offer just 5 minutes after the viewing.
