Hi John I have reached out to you a few times as soon as I became aware of your initial complaints, exactly 3 years on I am doing same again and if you re-collect the first thing I did at the time was to fully refund over and above the original amount you claimed that my firm charged (just to compensate for any discomfort you suffered) and you did promise to discuss this matter with me in future (at the time). Time have gone past and the comments you left are still damaging this firm (I haven’t for 1 minute dismissed or dispute any of the points you raised and sincerely I share your frustration at the time). It’s a shame I wasn’t the one you dealt with initially because you won’t have had such views about us, at the time I had employed the services of a company director, I have to dispense off his services because of experience of people like you and I have just been rebuilding the brand, irrespective I take full responsibility of your experience at the time. I started this firm about 20 years ago with my wife and in that time, we have watched the company grow and it would not have been possible without the patronage of people like. I have a genuine passion for this job and the dream is to see the firm blossom and grow, but unfortunately things doesn’t always go the way you anticipate when some employed element can’t share your vision and passion. Since taken over I have worked my socks off (longer hours, 7 days) and would like to know/see what I can do appease you. I can also re-assure you that we have registered with Google voluntarily and that if we are who you’ve claimed us to be in your observation, we won’t have registered with google and request people to share their experience with the world. We run 3 offices locally and this would never have happened or come off the back of the way you’ve described us. We are a black owned business and of African origin, so all odds are against us if there is any iota of dishonesty or even genuine error in running our business. So, it saddens my heart to read comments like yours. I love my job passionately, I have invested heavily into the business (personal money, financially and physically) and would please like the opportunity to discuss your experience and comments. Good morning my name is Dayo Badejo and I have run and owned this business from inception for over 20 years. Its 4:30am on a Sunday morning (when reasonable people are still in bed) where we have just finished spending the last 7 weeks perusing our database of over 7,000 clients and cannot find or match the name Sika. Over the period of time we have owned and run this business as a family, I can confidently say that I have never for once have to look over my shoulder or loose 1 night's sleep for been dishonest, for taken anybody's money, or belongings or what doesn’t belong to me. We are a black owned business and of African origin so all odds are against us if there is any iota of dishonesty or even genuine error in running our business. So, it saddens my heart to read comments like yours. I love my job passionately, I have invested heavily into the business (personal money, financially and physically) and will do anything within my powers to keep my customers happy and so I am reaching out to you personally to know exactly who you are, why you have left such a damaging comment on our review page, what you have experienced personally and why you have directed your comments at the manager (or perhaps which manager you are referencing). As the business owner, I cannot count the number of times I have rolled up my sleeves and get my hands dirty in order to help in situations to help safe my clients money and time, the number of days I have worked late and continue to work late into the nights at the detriment of my family to meet certain customers expectations. I can also re-assure you that we have registered with Google voluntarily and that if we are who you’ve claimed us to be in your observation, we won’t have registered with google and request people to share their experience with the world. The reason why I am reaching out to you is such that you can please reveal your identity as the name called Sika is not a name known to us as our customer and not a name that we have had any dealings with in any way shape or form (either landlord, vendor, tenant, client of any kind or supplier). We have spent the last 7 weeks perusing our database and are wondering whether this is just an unnecessary attack on our business. As it stands its your word against us and we have no means or have been given the opportunity of responding or defending your comments. In conclusion am please requesting that you to reveal your true identity, the property your complaint relates to, your contact details and the actual experience you had with us.
