Faye, the consultant I have been in touch with, was constantly present through text messaging, quick calls when a property that could have been interesting to me was put on the market, also keeping at all times cheerful, supportive and patient on the phone! FacebookOne of the worst estate agents group. Very rude attitude, unprofessional people. No manners at all in 9 out of 10 employees. My advice to the MD is to send your resources to soft skill training. Teach them how to behave, respond and have proper communication. Should be ashamed of themselves.
