FacebookAvoid them - if a property is listed with two agents use any other agent. Simple things like telling you which power meter is yours is beyond them. Simple customer services and urgency are ignored. They will tell you they will do something and then tell you they didn’t say that - even when in writing. #AVOID

GoogleI was liaising with Catherine and Diane and both were brilliant. I will definitely be recommending them and they were very helpful in allowing me to visit the property as many times as needed. It was a long procedure due to it being a new property but ladies were lovely to work with and the best I could have asked for.

GoogleGreat service from Anna Zajac, treated us really well and found a great flat for us. It didn't work out for reasons outside of her control but can't fault her ability to match us to a property

GoogleFollowing an extremely stressful few weeks searching for a place for myself and my family, we came across Rayaan Hafeez at Streets ahead who found us a place we can now call home - really responsive at all hours throughout the day, kept us regularly updated throughout the process and just extremely genuine. Cant recommend enough!

GoogleAgents have been kind but pressing and once offer was put, I had no reply for days, as they were probably waiting for a higher offer from other viewers. While I was put on hold I made other offer on a competitor's property, moved in already.

GoogleI contacted Streets Ahead to arrange a viewing for a property. They put me in contact with Weronika who arranged for me to view not only that place, but also a few others in the area on the same day. Following that she was very helpful and responsive. I would be happy to return!
