GoogleWorst experience ever! They booked an appointment at 4 pm to receive keys from their office and when i go there it was closed without any notice and nobody answered the phone. They insisted i paid everything without even having a date confirmed for the move in. Would not recommend to anybody absolutely as there are many other agencies out there with far better service.

GoogleI approached street ahead to help me find out a 2 bed property near train station. From our first meeting, it was clear that he understood our requirements clearly and showed us the property meeting our unique requirements. I couldn't be more impressed by him as he never wasted my time by showing me a property which doesn't check all my boxes. Many thanks for all your help

FacebookClearly don’t vet tenants very well. I’ve had to consecutive neighbours living next door to me that have been very noisy. The second lot have been noisy every night since moving in. They won’t even discuss the second lots with me despite sending them video evidence of what’s going on. There’s more to a good tenant the their ability to pay their rent. Streets ahead are a disgrace!

GoogleLovely bunch of hard working people at this branch. They helped me find a property in no time. My agent, Hassan, worked hard and dutifully to find me amazing properties in Croydon. Thanks to him I am living in a lovely apartment now. Compared to all the other estate agents I've been to in this area, Streets Ahead is ahead of them all. Would definitely recommend them

GoogleThese reviews SHOULD be a guidance to help us in choosing an agent to sell or let our property. It does get slightly CHILDISH when people are using it to get back at the agent, because they lost a property for sale or rental. I have dealt with Streets Ahead on numerous occasions which no issue at all, I recommend to all my friends regularly.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
