GoogleI had been having the worst time looking for properties and by the time I came for a viewing with streets ahead, I was so fed up. Catherine Wood took me for a viewing and she was amazing. She didn't rush me through the property so that she could get on with her day, she let me take my time and gave me great ideas about what I could do to the place. I was so sold that I made an offer and she managed to get it accepted the very same day! She has literally been amazing. She even arranged an additional viewing for me when I wanted to show my mother and she was very efficient at getting paper work to our solicitors. She's made the process super easy and stress-free! She also put us in touch with a streets ahead in house broker which is a lot easier for us to keep everything with streets ahead. Excellent service. FacebookGemma Greasley from the Crystal Palace branch went above and beyond to help us find a suitable place. When we thought we weren't going to find a place that ticked most of the boxes, through either Streets Ahead or other, Gemma really came through and found us an amazing place. Gemma checked a flat's details and once knowing it was suitable, called and sent through a video and we knew it was the right one and we signed up then and there. Without Gemma, we would probably still be looking. Thank you very much!
