I bought my flat with Stirling Ackroyd and they were great, specifically Feroza who took me round my viewings and helped me secure the flat. It took a while to complete (not their fault) and I was always able to go and view and get in for quotes and measurements etc. It made the process really straightforward.

GoogleProbably one of the worst experiences with an estate agents ever .the whole experience from start to finish was bad .when then exchange did eventually take place they gave me the wrong keys .when I went back to the office to complain I was more or less told to find off by one of the most ignorant woman I ever met .I then had to sort out the issue myself with a locksmiths.

This agency kept my overpaid rent money unfairly since last year (Sep2021), when I asked them to refund my overpaid rent they reply we are investigating your case. They do not have any idea about the documentation and transaction .I instructed a solicitor and have to pay money to get back my overpaid rent. they are dishonest, unreliable
