Non responsive and not helpful at all

As a tenant renting a property with no hot water at all, and they never provide fix and I literally need to boil water from stove for taking a bath, they are not treating tenant as human being these companies should get closed down immediately, if you are tenant never choose for renting any property managed by this agent

Unfortunately the property had been snapped up before I got a chance to make an offer but I have to say I was very pleased with the letting agent that dealt with me on the day. Very Good Flat Managing Agent

I've delt with this organisation as Building Manager namly the Property Manager Rebecca Heslam. She was very responsive to a leak issue from a flat managed by Stirling Ackroyd and the issue was resolved quickly. This was great in a world were some property manangers are very unresponsive issue effecting the building a property is in.

Used this company for years- as soon as the original founder James goff died it was sold to Nick dunning associates- they are a bunch of con artists. Dishonest bullys! rubbish employers too I hear from ex employees!! Treated me like c**p, disrespectful management team! Long standing clients are not welcome it seems!
