GoogleFantastic Team! Excellent service, my main contacts were Ashley and Alpha. . Alpha was very proactive and stayed positive, with viewings. Both ensured we were kept informed, at all times. Ashley went above and beyond, when sale did not go smoothly. Can not thank them enough!

If your heating or hot water goes out over the weekend, there’s no way to get any support. There is no way to get ahold of Stirling Ackroyd. You will freeze, with no hot water until they decide to respond on Monday morning.

He have worked and communicated beyond his working hours and we really appreciate the effort he have put in our case. Taija and Chelsea delivered what they promised. We had a lot of viewings to let our property and managed to get a tenant that paid a good monthly fee. We were happy with the outcome. The one and only issue was the receipt of money. The tenants moved in on the Tuesday and we didn't receive the money until the following Monday. The timing of the tenants moving in and the receipt of money could have been handled a lot better.

GoogleThe so called manager Ashley has tried selling my mothers home, she has been nothing but rude, confrontational and extremely dishonest. Her team lack the ability to pass on simple message and reply without being rude and outright lazy, my family will never use this agency again. how she even has a job is beyond me, stay CLEAR of these liars.

GoogleIt was my first time being a landlord and I decided to use Townends which was the worst decision as they never called me to update me on the viewings etc and it took them over 4 weeks to find me a tenant who was not the working professional they claim to find. Awful service. Would not recommend.
