What a brilliant team Simon and Laura are. They are extremely professional and efficient. Simon is very approachable and will give you an honest opinion. There was good, clear communication throughout our sale and purchase and when necessary Simon reasoned and negotiated with other parties when they needed a little nudge. A brilliant video was made of our home which I am sure was one of the reasons why we sold within a week of going on the market. Simon and Laura's passion to help their clients and enthusiasm for their work shone through, this isn't just a 9-5 job for them. I would completely recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property.

We had a fantastic experience working with Simon at Sold by Simon. From the start he was professional, proactive and always kept us in the loop throughout the entire process. Before working with Simon, our property had been listed with a high street estate agent for around 6 months. We had plenty of viewings but nothing ever seemed to progress into genuine offers and communication was often lacking. The difference when Simon took over was noticeable straight away. Within just 2 weeks we accepted an offer. Even when our first sale unfortunately fell through, Simon moved quickly to get our home back on the market and managed to secure a new offer that was accepted within just a week. Simon is changing the face of estate agencies. Without him, our sale wouldn't have happened. He was the driving force between two difficult solictors and his experience of when to push the right buttons was phenomenal - and always right! We will be forever grateful for everything Simon did for us. He goes above and beyond and makes you feel as though you are a multi million pound client giving you a personalised service, at one point meeting us in a park (because our son was playing) to help us with some last minute paperwork, and getting this to the post office for us. If you are serious about selling your house, contact Sold.Buy.Simon. There's a reason why they have so many good reviews, Simon and Laura are both amazing and are what all estate agents should aspire to be. When I first put my house on the market, I went with a high street agent. They overvalued my house then did very little for the next two and a half months. When I did get an offer, it was from someone who didn't have the funds to purchase my house. I was advised to accept the offer, take my house off the market and give the buyer the time they needed to secure the funds. After a month, the buyer told us it was unlikely he would get the money. I pulled out and fired the agent. Enter, Simon. During our first meeting, it was apparent how much experience Simon had. He gave me an honest valuation and told me his plan to sell my house. Within two and a half weeks, I had over a dozen viewings and an offer, which I accepted. My impression is that, unlike other agents, Simon and Laura actually care and genuinely want to sell your house for you. They were always available when I had questions and provided an excellent service. I cannot recommend Sold.Buy.Simon enough. They are the best.
