GoogleWe dealt with Jay and it was a smooth process. Sale took around 38 days which compared to any high street agency these days is extremely fast. We had 4 viewings in the first week and managed to sell to one of those. We will hopefully not have to use an estate agency again but if we did, Sell Simple would be top of the list.

GoogleWe had a great experience with using Sell Simple and would like to say a massive thank you to Sam who made the whole process very easy for us. Constantly kept me updated and really pushed the sale through to complete before Christmas. Thanks for all your great work.

GoogleAVOID AVOID AVOID - where to begin with these cowboys. 1) Had a sale agreed for months, owing to covid19, my solicitor had been furloughed and they couldn't instruct a survey. 2) Owing to covid19 couldn't get a valuation but has consistently being pressed to get one. 3) I know gazumping isn't illegal but if you work with these guys they will have you on edge right at the point of exchange. 4) Simon @ their business is an absolute joke. Asked him to take it off the market on several occasions on rightmove when we had agreed the price and wouldn't. Honestly, I can't be any clearer with this. Avoid this company like the plague. Worst experience I've ever had.

GoogleCannot thank Sell Simple enough they are great agent, the to previous high street agents I was on the market with simply valued my property too high to win my business and within two weeks they where calling to reduce my price as they had no interest. After 3 months and only 3 viewings I decided it was time for a change. I made enquiry to Sell Simple in a hope for a quick sale at first I thought I would need to take a lot less for the property to sell, however after speaking to Marcus who was extremely knowledgeable about the area and provide a very accurate valuation. Within 2 weeks I had 5 viewings and after about a month I was under offer. I cannot thank them enough as having to pay two mortgages at the same time was becoming increasing unsustainable.

GoogleI recently emailed 'sell simple' with a request to view a local property, explaining I had deposit, had mortgage approved in principle and was not in a chain. The email response stated I would be contacted to discuss arranging my finances (which I didn't require) and that an agent would call regarding the viewing........2 weeks later and neither has happened! I have however found a different house and had an offer accepted, I wouldn't consider using 'sell simple' to sell my property!!

GoogleArranged a viewing with Sell Simple Estate Agents, I was informed the key holder would be meeting me at the property for the viewing. Nobody from the estate egents turned up instead I was left to view the property with the home owner who seemed to have had a fair few drinks and was swearing profusely. Ended up not viewing the whole property as we I didn't feel comfortable. I would not recommend Sell Simple Estate Agency.

I would highly recommend any seller who would like an honest agent working for them to generate the best price.

GoogleI have tried numerous times to contact these to discuss viewing a property but no response from them at all. I have tried via Rightmove, Zoopla and with them directly. Absolutely appalling! All finances are in place and good to go but still nothing.

I tried to sell with my local agent in Deal, Kent but they had several viewings and no offers. Sell simple recommended a different marketing approach and it worked really well! Worth every penny!
