GoogleI must express my profound disappointment with this company's rental process and service. I've had numerous rental experiences in the past, but this one has been utterly intolerable.
I am embarrassed that this agency is not suitable for those who need to verify residency.
Initially, they claimed that the landlord was very willing to rent to me and my friend, even accepting our offer that was £25 per week higher than the landlord's initial expectations, and they swiftly committed to the lease agreement. However, after submitting all the necessary documents and information, they informed me that I had no right to rent in the UK. This inconsistency and information confusion have caused unnecessary trouble in my life.
During the rental qualification process, I provided all the documents and information, even explaining my circumstances. However, it is regrettable that the other party showed an unprofessional side in handling my application.
Their failure to properly verify the customer's right to reside in the UK at a critical time led to a series of confusion and problems. It makes me wonder if they really have the expertise and experience.
I am profoundly disappointed because their service clearly lacks efficiency and reliability. I would not recommend anyone to choose this agency as their commitments seem far from trustworthy, and their service quality falls significantly short of their claims.
I think this company should seriously reconsider their services and procedures to ensure other tenants don't endure the same dreadful experience I have. Without a doubt, I can't trust them if they can't even check out the tenants' residency rights fairly.
I will inform my friends to steer clear of this agency.

Chenjia, Im not sure why you have wtitten such a bad review, when we have done NOTHING wrong! You wanted to rent a property, You failed to provide the correct information to the referencing company, You also changed the goalposts, the flat was offered as either a single occupancy or for a couple, after the offer was accepted you then wanted to bring in a sharer, who hadnt seen the flat and wasnt what the landlord wanted, Mark had spoken to the landlord to see if they would accept a sharer, but still your references needed to pass, Unfortuntely your referencing was declined, The landlord decided not to proceed, It is not our decision to accept an applicant to move in, as it is not our property, We have to take our clients instructions as to whether they wish to continue with an applicant or not, Once Mark advised you that it had been cancelled, your deposit was returned to you with immediate effect, you even wrote an email to Mark saying "I’m understand. Thank you for your effort! It is my pleasure to work with you! Very responsible" your words Chenjia, Why would you then write such a bad review about us. We do not need to reconsider our services, we have won numerous awards for Customer Service in the NW6 area for both Lettings and Sales and we are very sorry that it didnt work out for you, Also you mentioned that "the other party went straight to the landlord" that other party was Mark working outside of office hours on a Saturday and Sunday to try and get the deal agreed with the landlord, it is our job and responsibilty to speak with the landlord and to get references passed for our clients, on this occasion, you were not able to provide the relevant information and so the offer was declined. GoogleDisgusting service! I called in to just enquire about a property , and the agent sounded so frustrated to just answer the phone and couldn’t wait to rush me off the phone. Didn’t even ask questions about the property I was interested in. I feel sorry for the owner, that he has people like this in his company representing. Even in the busy times there are ways of conducting yourself. Would never want to do business or sign a deal with the agent with. Think he should go and get a course in customer service.
