More fake Reviews then Temu !! BEDBUG INFESTED SINCE I MOVED HERE.. i have never seen these in my life besides this POS ORG!!!!.. Its ironic that a supported housing organisation that charges £2000 a MONTH plus £100 service charge THEN they also make you pay water and electric bills that add up to approximately £2400 A MONTH !!! yet the photo is more then likely one of the people living large in a PENTHOUSE that costs the same as the joke of a building they put people in but when your homeless and have no other choice YOU HAVE TO take waht you can get i have (soon to be had) as thay gave me a 14 day notice on the a week before Christmas OF All times over absolutely NOTHING I've been here for 2 years now with on move on plan even suggested ONCE had NO warnings the all of a sudden that just put a letter under my door at 11PM saying i have a meeting at EVOLVE (another useless supported housing ORG ive already been at 4 years ago and go kicked out for nothing !!! ALL these places do is bounce you around for pillar to post !!! If you check their website of the FEW people they actually decide to move out of their SO CALLED supported accommodation.. ITS all 1 or 2 bed houses So the photo OF this guy in a VERY nice place is 100% no a client they have move on !! otherwise they would have that on the website no?? Its a flex and a joke to see this when they claim to be a NPO !! (NONE PROFIT ORG) yet just the one building im in can generate £28.000 x 12 near on £300.000 a year and they have 5 buildings £1.500.000 A YEAR !!! its a absolute JOKE........... Some of the rooms are the size of a walk in wardrobe... The whole supported system is getting getting abused by these SCAMMERS ..NO SUPPORT WHAT SO EVER !!!! One person in my building has had no electric in my building I'm getting kicked out of next week FOR 3 MONTHS AND HES BEEN HERE FOR 6 YEARS !!!! search the YouTube channel A LAW for proof IF YOU DONT BELEAVE ME !!.... I would have been cool just to be left alone to chill AND I WOULD HAVE FOUND MY OWN PLACE AFTER YAER YEAR AS I am in contact with my old private landlord And Croydon council will only pay 900 for a private flat and that is 3x the size of this POS flat im in RN...... I'm going do every thing in my power to report this joke of an organization.. And on a last note They even tried to claim i slapped A night security outside my room I got arrested the day after my birthday and got put in cells for 20 hours !! but because its was a fabricated situation and could not provide CCTV even tho there is CCTV in the WHOLE building...They just attempted to get me kicked out sooner for what ever reason these EVIL people chose i got NFA and came back to my locks CHANGED and they HAD to give me the new keys !!!! IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE i suggest you DO NOT COME HERE .... !!! They will just kick you out for nothing if they have a slight disliking towards you ..

Joke of a place kicked out most the building a few days before Christmas now got new people I already because they got a slight rent Increase due to new year....Thay ban everyone from having people around besides thier long term resident of 6 years .. Jonathan who you'll surely meet if you move into 22a Southend as he's often seen smoking Crank in the landings!!

Lovely team and very helpful. All the staffs are respectful , and client focus , I love the support session meetings Albany offers . This has giving me the opportunity get feed back from friendly staffs on my progress and to also work on future plans to move on into employment and find also giving me the chance to speak to staff on a one to one basis about moving on independently. I have nothing but good things to say about Albany . Albany has helped me in my darkest moments , I was homeless, no sense of direction but Victoria helped me , gave me a chance , has always been very understanding and motivational when I am down and feel like giving up . All the staffs has been great . Staffs has always made me feel like a family and not just a client , they go above and beyond to help their clients . It’s the best housing associations in south London . I definitely recommend.

I worked for Albany Housing Trust for just under 2yrs. I absolutely loved working with the company, the staff and the clients. I learnt so much about the job and about myself during my time here and I will always remember that. Most of all I will always have the upmost respect for the owner of Albany as she helped me so much and taught me so much. She is one of the kindest hearted people I have not only worked with but had the pleasure of knowing.

Without the help from the whole team at Albany Housing I have little doubt that I would be back to homelessness by now. It has taken less than a year and a half form them taking me under their wing to me being given my own flat with Croydon Council. I really cannot give any higher praise, to everyone on their team, they have all been nothing short of amazing
