Communication was consistent and effortless- we always felt we could easily get hold of him and likewise he put the time and effort in reaching out to us to throughout the process. His knowledge and calm reassurance was much welcomed and ultimately, we moved in 3 months after our offer was accepted. Following a viewing of a property I had requested to see that, I shared feedback with Ashley of what I was looking for - as that initial property was not for me.
