GoogleI paid a holding deposit of £500to reserve a property. Despite the tenancy not going ahead due to some reasons , this agency has refused to return the deposit.
I followed all necessary steps and communicated clearly, but they stopped responding once I asked for a refund. There was no valid reason given for keeping the deposit.
I do not recommend this agency for anyone
They are unreliable ,selfish and desperate
Once they have your money they are not ready to give you back
So unfortunate especially Martin’s he will stop picking your calls or replying your messages except you threatening him then he will respond and tell you he will call you back in couple of minutes and he will never call back
Telling you he is busy
He is very unprofessional
Pls don’t deal with this agency
They are fraudsters
I am telling you except you are ready to lose your money

GoogleThis company is a disgrace. They do not return deposits- I don’t believe they even protect them and they completely ignore their responsibilities. Once they have your money, you will not hear from them again, phone calls go unanswered, emails and messages are ignored, and they show zero professionalism. They exploit people, take advantage of trust, and operate with no accountability.
It is shocking that a business can behave this way, deliberately withholding deposits and refusing to communicate. Their actions show a complete lack of integrity and respect for customers. I strongly advise anyone considering them to stay away and protect yourself.

5 stars is not enough to rate the amazing job done by Martin. He was an angel that god sent to us in a moment of need. Facing losing a house while being pregnant and about to go to hospital, I was in a very stressful situation. Martin understood our situation and was very helpful in aiding us with all the processes. Now I will be moving in my new house with enough time to relax and focus on me and my baby. Martin you will be in our prayers for a long time. Thank you very much for your help. GoogleI had a bad experience with this company.when our contract was over when we asked for our deposit. They said they will transfer for the money within two days. and the hold our deposit for some weird reason and it’s been one month and they didn’t even pick our call. I don’t recommend for anyone to trust this company. Please be careful.
