I've been working with Akif and the H2H team for over 15 years, and I'm ashamed it's taken me this long to write this review. As a landlord with properties nationwide and experience with numerous agencies (sadly, not all positive), I can confidently say H2H is exceptional.
Akif is everything you want in a property manager: straight-talking, goes the extra mile, personable with both landlords and tenants, and maintains a trusted network of contractors who deliver quality work at fair prices - no inflated costs just because you're a landlord.
Having worked with agencies both large and small, I've always considered H2H to be a rare anomaly in the best possible way. Yes, I typically only hear from them when there's an issue, but that call always comes with a solution already in hand. They handle minor matters proactively without needing approval, which speaks to the incredible trust levels we've built over the years.
I cannot rate Akif and his team highly enough. Their service standards remain consistently excellent whether you're a client of one month or 15 years like myself. Here's to the next 15 years (please don't retire, Akif!).

GoogleI have been renting for the past 18 years, but for the last 7 has been with H2H real estate. I would honestly say this has been the best experience I have had so far! They are more of a smaller family run company which means their ability to personally build relationships with their clients makes their customer service impeccable/second to none that can easily rival the well known high street estate agents.
Anytime I have had any issues with my property which was hardly ever, Akif is just a phone call away and will get straight on the job with the support of his property maintenance manager. There has never been a time where I have felt threatened to report an issue or discuss any repairs. Due to the professionalism of H2H Real Estate, I decided to find the second property only through them, and to my surprise, and even better house that had fit all the needs of myself and my family ticking all the criteria's.
I do not think I would ever go back to a typical high street chain, I would prefer personal care over a well known name whom are just out to chase targets and commission.

GoogleI’ve been renting with this agency for nearly two years, and it’s been an outstanding experience. The management is top-notch, with excellent communication and quick responses to any needs or maintenance issues in my apartment. They also provide a fantastic twice-a-month cleaning service within the apartment block and are incredibly responsive in keeping the exterior tidy and well-maintained, plus are up to date with health and safety concerns. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking a reliable, professional property agency.
