TrustpilotFacebook support doesn't exist
My Facebook ads were hacked back in May. The hacker was removed, but I couldn't access my business page afterwards. The support bot gave me the wrong advice on it, which made me jump through 10 hoops and wasted almost a month of my time, after which it wasn't fixed anyway. Restrictions kept getting slapped on, wasting more time; the 'new device' restriction shackled me for a whole month. After 3 months I finally got my business page back, an easy fix that the support bot could have told me about three months and 30 questions ago. Then I found a time-sensitive message hiding in my Meta business account where no one would think of looking, and where I couldn't go anyway without my business page, so now my account is permanently disabled from using Buffer because I apparently missed the 'appeal window'. Support didn't tell me about that, either. My account status always read as being fine, I had no idea there was a time bomb ticking away somewhere. On a scale from 1 to 10, I rate Facebook support at - 100. Oh and guess what? Many people can't report anything directly to the Facebook 'feedback' page either. Big surprise, eh?

TrustpilotFacebook control freedom of speech- control people mind and life
Facebook restrict my account say -sex content- as I response to facebook post match-making- say good tits. But there are also many comment by other viewers with sex. And I find the match-making-web include look for sex and freindship -still in facebook with tits swing and show you underwear- even attach vedeo of sex love with naked body do it for minutes - top sex content adult movie.
So- conclude facebook- ( discrimination and abuse use sex content attack people! ) Those match-making with sex partner- still in facebook and charge money. In fact, they still message me send me a link to go on chat by pay money. Facebook sue and warn by USA government - for let mail cheater use facebook cheat money already. (Now do it again. Control freedom of speech - please them, pay them- have good time: against them , let you down. Facebook is all right, you are always wrong - Facebook say one word is better than people say thousand words. Terrible- use media control people mind and life.

TrustpilotI joined Facebook dating and scammers using ZANGI tried to scam me
I joined Facebook dating, of which there are many offshoots or groups about 10 days ago, October 2026. had I been inexperienced, I would be well over £5000 out of pocket by this time. I sent mail out and received requests, thought I was getting on well, but noticed a pattern, everyone lived within 5 miles of me!!! I swished my location locator off. Everyone remarked(at 75) how good looking I was, after a couple of days, all wanted to meet, sexual innuendo being the main ingredient, I agreed, we fixed a date, the day before(or 2-3 hours before)I get a text saying they got no money for taxi or car could I send a £50 gift card or there was no meet, they were immediatly blocked, the other scammers were more daring, offering full sex for £100, but, they needed 50% up front first,(Gift card) some sent bank account numbers for you to pay into, whilst others said they would take the balance in cash....none got cash. One was a carer for her disabled uncle, to see me, she had to find a qualified carer to replace her....it was only £350!!! Most seemed to be widowed mothers, some having whole family wiped out in car accident and they want to start again..they are low on cash, can I help out???? All, no exception always got you to go to ZANGI where text is recorded......same as the gift cards, scratch off the number and send it to them, I always offered cash, that was the last thing they wanted...Gift cards, xbox Cards or phone credit Cards......Steer clear of ZANGI and FACEBOOK DATING..unless you want to give your money away

Facebook is part of israel even if you just right the word israel they restrict or suspend your account but when someone is cursing muslims ot Christians this is absolutely fine them people do not get suspended. Facebook is a fraudulent organisation.. which side israel only. I do advise to everyone stop using Facebook.i think I will create a new social media similar to Facebook and bring everyone over there where everyone is treated with respect.

Extremely frustrating experience with Facebook support
I am trying to change my Facebook surname to my real legal surname, “Just”. Facebook is incorrectly flagging the surname as fake, even though it is my actual name.
The most frustrating part is that Facebook provides no functioning way for me to prove that this is my real name. I have repeatedly tried to find an option to upload my ID, but there is simply no such option available in my account.
I contacted Meta/Facebook’s support assistant and explained the situation multiple times. Instead of actually resolving the issue, the chatbot repeatedly gave me instructions for links and forms that either did not work or did not provide the promised option to upload an ID. I was repeatedly told to use Accounts Center, even though I had already tried it and there was still no way to verify my identity.
I then specifically asked to have the issue forwarded to a human support agent. The chatbot repeatedly told me that this was not possible and that there was no way to contact a human, even though the automated support clearly could not resolve the problem.
This is extremely frustrating. If Facebook believes that my surname is not valid, there should at least be a straightforward way to submit an official ID and prove that it is my real name. Instead, I am stuck in a loop with an automated chatbot that keeps giving me the same instructions without actually solving anything.
A company of Meta’s size should provide a real escalation option when its automated system incorrectly rejects someone’s real name.

TrustpilotWe used Glow Guard Home Services to…
We used Glow Guard Home Services to clean our windows and our gutters and while the owner was very personable, the job his workers did was really not good at all. Some windows were missed. Others were streaky and left with water spots and not what we expected for the high price. What really caused me to leave this review was the roofer that just left our home. He asked if we wanted our gutters cleaned just a few weeks after Glow Guard supposedly cleaned them for several hundred dollars. He showed us pictures of our gutters and it was clear that Glow Guard did not do what they said they were supposed to have done and it really left a horrible impression of the company. I texted the owner and let him know that given i already had him back to the house to reclean the windows he missed, i did not want him coming back and I would be leaving a bad review for this work and he needed to get better workers - but we expected much better from him.

TrustpilotVery disappointed with Midlands…
Very disappointed with Midlands Builders Ltd. It has been around 3 months and the work is still not properly finished. There are many outstanding jobs, including lots of smaller tasks, and we are constantly having to chase them to come back and finish what they started.
They have also left a lot of mess inside the house and in the garden. Some of the work that has been completed is not to a standard I am happy with and still needs putting right.
Communication has been very poor. We have called many times, but they often don't come when asked, and getting the person in charge to come back and sort the problems has been extremely difficult.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend Midlands Builders Ltd. I feel they have been more interested in getting paid than making sure the job is properly completed. After 3 months, we are still left with unfinished work, mess and problems that need sorting out.
Think very carefully before giving this company work. My experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.

TrustpilotFacebook/Meta impeding sales of my small business
Zero stars and impeding sales of my business. My small business's Facebook Page and Business Portfolio were taken over by an unauthorized third party after a phishing attempt. Despite following every official recovery process Meta publishes, including their own AI support chat confirming the unauthorized access occurred, I was repeatedly told "we cannot resolve this at this time" and given the same broken links in a loop. There is no functional path to a human agent for this kind of business account fraud. Weeks later, the issue remains unresolved. The hackers are still actively using the account under my name, and I am now disputing new fraudulent charges to my card daily. I've provided this evidence, including Meta's own admission of the fraud, to an attorney handling a class action related to this exact pattern of Meta failing to help hacked account holders regain access.

TrustpilotFacebook is swarming with scammers
Facebook is swarming with scammers, including some adverts! especially those backed and supported by a company called Digistore24! I was recently scammed by one with a fake "pope', which was backed by them! My Bank confirmed that this was a scam, but Paypal havn't understood this..also all these so-called 'manifestation programmes' are scamming, taking unauthourised money from me without my consent! It's unbelievable how they trick us like that..

Trustpilotfrom Facebook to Scambook
From an initial good idea, Facebook has gone so greedy it has lost its attraction. However, the biggest issue is how they have opened themselves up to every scam and con there is. You cannot trust any of the adverts, though I am sure there will be some that are legitimate, there are far too many fake products and scam subscriptions that you do not know about until they start taking cash from your bank 2 months later. You can threaten them with legal action and they do give the money back as they do not want you going through the bank. Facebook will let anyone advertise for a price. There is even porn adverts.

TrustpilotFacebook DO NOT remove scammers
Recently I was subjected to an attempt to scam me for the purchase of an item. A registered FB profile responded to a post I had made looking for something by pointing me towards their partner which is a scamming operation. There is no doubt this was a scam at all. Facebook did FA to remove the two offending accounts and offered no path for an appeal. Facebook supports scamming

TrustpilotUnsafe in a digital battlefield
they are now asking for pictures to verify human, after asking ALL the details of a persons life. Why ask all those specific questions just to still need proof of life? it is silly and an unsafe business practice when digital threats are on the rise. Mark is really dumb if he thinks common folk like me cannot see the inherent danger of MORE exposure!

TrustpilotData Breach!
Facebook wouldn't let me change my password for about a year.
During this time my account has been vulnerable.
I've had notifications telling me that people have attempted to log in. I've then been able to login without any security and my email and password has a security breach.
My information has been leaked online giving scammers about a year to access access my account.
Now Facebook won't let me login!
They say I need to authorise it using my other device.
I don't think I can get hold of the scammers to use their device to enable me to login my own account.
It was one thing forcing customers to download the 'Messenger' app to enable us to read our messages.
Now I NEED to delete Facebook account and uninstall Messenger but I'm unable to do so.
I'm furious!

TrustpilotEnds Before It Began
I created a new FaceBook account today. Upon logging in, it requested a video view of every angle of my face. This was odd and uncomfortable since I had proved I was not a bot prior to this screen request that popped up. I pulled my hair back and went into the brightest lite room that I have. I then allowed the FaceBook app to video every angle of my face & neck area. When I was done, the screen changed, explaining to me I had submitted an appeal and checked back in up to 48 hours for my results. It went on to explain what happens next and advised if my profile follows their community standards then I would be able to use FaceBook again. This is odd because this is a completely new account and I did NOT create an appeal of any kind. I had not even created a profile. Yet less than an hour later I have now received and email telling me that my FaceBook account has been permanently disabled and that I cannot request another review. I NEVER requested the first one, nor was I even able to create a profile. This is just unbelievable.

TrustpilotPatenaude powersports and marine in…
Patenaude powersports and marine in ennismore is by far the worst shop I have ever dealt with in my life. I'd leave a negative star review if I could. Nick lies about everything and has no clue what he is doing. Did a carb rebuild on my boat so he says and then gimbal bearing and bellows. He incorrectly installed the bellows causing the boat to leak and rust the gimbal bearing. Told me he changed the spark plugs but did not and most were lose. I have bills to prove this. I had to pay another shop over 2 thousand dollars correct everything that I also paid patenaude to do. They are not interested in refunds as a true scam would be. Take your boat anywhere else and save the time and aggravation. This guy burned up the whole month of July trying to diagnose a bad carb that he installed and was about to install an uneeded fuel pump when I fired him. Took the other shop 1 week to have my boat back to normal. Steer clear.
