GoogleKarim has been my real estate management agent for a couple of years now. He has been attentive, professional, and always responsive in a timely manner which is critically important when a crisis such as waste piping sudden leakage causing the flat to be flooded recently occurred. I highly recommend his services if you have a property in Croydon area!

GoogleWorst estate agent I have ever dealt with and take it from a legal housing lawyer. DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. The company are fraudulent and out right liars! Avoid at all costs unless you want to see your hard earned money, time and energy get wasted. Please listen tit his advice. These people are unprofessional, lying scam artists who should be shut down as soon as possible.

GoogleKarim is one of the most sneaky Estate agent I've ever come across. He tells the dps he's renting studios when they're just rooms. Keeping people on benefits deposits and cuts corners at every chance. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Even when it comes to court he uses different names to take you court. #roguelandlord

GoogleGenuinely disappointing service. Was told a flat was available, I said I’d take it. Sent them an email with all my documents, filled out a form, did everything they asked etc. Was told tenancy checks takes 2-3 days. I’d sent my stuff on Wednesday. Monday comes no word from them. I call them. They say the landlord will say yes tomorrow. Fine. Tomorrow comes and no word from them again. So I call them the next day only for them to tell me the place is no longer available. It’s been over a week since they told me I could have the flat. Naturally, I was disappointed. But the worst part is there was no accountability from them. Blamed the landlord for not answering their emails. It's not the landlord's fault. You set the expectations. You said the flat was mine. You failed to communicate all the details to me. You failed to properly communicate with the landlord and with myself. You are the one's to blame for such poor service.

GoogleI had to go all the way down to the office since they don't answer their phone and email. I asked the person there about the listing that has been on the website for several days now and said it was no longer available and offered a more expensive alternative... That's a bait and switch and that's ILLEGAL. I'm going to report them to NTSEAT to see if they're pulling this off on a regular basis.

GoogleUnfortunately, this company are unable to operate in a professional manner. I would urge anyone looking for a property to avoid this company at all costs, unless they want to get ripped off. No formal protocol or processes, if you have an enquiry they do not want to answer they will simply avoid the question. Despite the poor experience, you could class this as a lucky escape. I couldn't think of anyone worse to manage a property. Be smart and choose another company!

GoogleThese estate agents have been very mean to me so many times in the sense that, anytime I find their property been advertised and call to enquire about them, they tell me there are no properties available? I think they are not serious and do not have a good customer service.

GoogleI've been trying to call to enquire and they haven't answered the phone or emails, they hang up and say text me, I am not sure they're scammers , they texted a more expensive place and said the one I'm looking for not available I have a budget and they've shown three places I've enquired about and nothing. I don't think they're real.
