Tim Clarke-Payton of Classic and Contemporary was my agent for the house I rented on Egerton Crescent. A friendlier and more efficient broker you could not meet. I was looked after from beginning to end and Tim was always there on the rare occasions I needed help. He coordinated things effortlessly between owner and tenant during my stay whilst remaining quietly in the background. I would recommend him strongly to anybody as he was an absolute pleasure to deal with.

It was my first time selling a property and after gathering valuations from several estate agents I chose to work with Tim because of his excellent customer service. At the outset, he gave plenty of time to discuss the property, local market, the selling and decision-making process as well as how we would work together. The photographs and sales information were professionally produced and appropriately pitched, resulting in an offer being accepted within days of listing the property. Tim was available when needed throughout the process and made sure we kept on track. It felt like we were working in a long-established trusted partnership. When I need to buy or sell a property in the future, I will definitely call Tim.
