GoogleNever trustworthy agency owner... i got cheated , he took the leaving month rent promising that i will get my rent difference for the days left , n' i had to ask so many times and 4 months later came up with a complete diffrnt story , so basically dont pay the last month rent when u have your deposit with then , u will never get your money back ...so doggie they are ...

GoogleVery unprofessional service. Made an offer to rent a flat and was then assured by the agent that we had secured it. After three days of waiting to provide the deposit but not being given any details by Benson & Partners, we were informed that unfortunately the landlord had decided to rent to a different tenant. By this time we had cancelled viewings for other flats. Terrible communication bordering on misinformation.

GoogleNot impressed with this agent. The rep was friendly enough when they too on our house, but then the contact stopped. If I wanted to know what was going on, I needed to call them for viewing feedback. Their agents didn't pass information between them and in my view, were not representing my property in the best way for a sale. Would not recommend to others.

GoogleI stumbled upon this estate agent a few years a go and have never looked back. The staff are super friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to go the extra mile to help. In my experience they can be trusted to do a professional job at competitive prices. I would highly recommend them.

GoogleJust sold my property via Beson and Partners was very happy with the service, Mr Martin the sales manager who i dealt with kept his word and delivered what he has promise. Would strongly recomment this estate agent for all your property sales. They have kept me updated thoughout the process. They have maintain the professionalism.

GoogleExtremely unprofessional, unethical letting agency. Have not dealt with a worse agency in the last 5 years. Despite repeated requests, they don't care or bother to maintain the property once you have rented it. Would strongly advise to give this agency a miss

GoogleMy experience with them has been horrendous. Do not trust them. Horrendous service, unfair and will scam you. They refuse to communicate properly and will make up any excuse to get away with anything. I regret ever having dealings with them and don't normally write reviews but feel the least I can do it try prevent others having the same problem.

GoogleAbsolute rubbish estate agents won't follow through with anything asked. Won't fix things when asked. Apparently only one of them can do anything all the others are just there for show. They lie, avoid fixing things and pretend there's no staff available

GoogleReally bad service - Been chasing them for over 3 days now to let an apartment now but everytime I am promised a Calback in 10 mins. Never Let with them!! 0 on Service and commitment!!

GoogleNever ever ! They are lie, don’t provide a copy of the contract even after you chasing them 100times. I left an official complain the manager never came back to me .

GoogleThis company knowingly steals copyrighted images from other , far more reputable agents, then refuses to take them down on request. Time will tell, whether they are willing to pay for the usage.
