GoogleWe just move in into a house and Nick from the agency has been amazing ! Supporting us all alone, doing visio as we lived 9h away, replying to emails within the day and always calling back. I recommend them if you want to rent with them.

They are so helpful and responsive that all our dealings have been straighforward. We are especially aware how excellent they are as we have another property - out of area - handled by another agent whose awfulness makes a stark contrast. We recommend Schippers very highly.

GooglePlease be aware, they have a policy only allow adult viewing. Something I haven't experienced with any other estate agents. I can't comment on their quality as an estate agent, as we couldn't experience a viewing with them owing to child care. Not a negative, nor positive review, just for information to other would-be clients.
Dear Jack, thank you for your comments in regards our covid protocol viewing policy. As you can appreciate, the safety of our clients, customers and staff is our highest priority and we do apply a two person (adults only) per viewing limit. In this instance we offered to conduct viewings for you and for your partner separately, but on the basis of only two people in attendance at any time. Whilst this might have added a few minutes to an appointment, it would have met recommended protocols and would not have necessitated the arrangement of child care. We are sorry if you feel that our approach is too strict, but we have to balance the wishes of our seller clients in showing potential buyers around their property with maximising safety for viewers and staff.

GoogleTerrible service. Do not use. Charged us for cleaning a chimney above an open fire that was never used.
It was made clear in the tenancy agreement what your obligations were at the end of the tenancy with regard to cleaning the property in readiness for the next tenants, in the same way as it was cleaned for you. Unfortunately the property was not left in a satisfactory condition and required an end of tenancy clean. You weren't charged for a chimney sweep.
