I can not thank Frank Schippers enough! Unfortunately we did not sell through Frank Schippers. Our mistake it turns out!!! Luckily the property we fell in love with was being sold by them. After our offer was accepted the sale became very complicated. It was honestly on an hour by hour basis, we were not sure if the sale would go through at all. Karl was my main contact, thank god for his willingness to answer my constant questions and his expertise to answer them. We cannot express enough thanks to Karl and the team, even though I wasn’t their customer, I could call them and talk through any problems. I’m glad to say we finally got our keys and have moved into our dream house. I don’t wish to name the high street agents we sold through, the after sale process was just non-existent even though we paid a premium for it. If it wasn’t for the consistency and persistency of Karl and the team at Frank Schippers then we wouldn’t be where we are today. Massive thank you again. If anyone needs to move house then we cannot recommend them more

We used Frank Schippers to sell my recently deceased mother in Law’s property because there was a FS board on a property just down the road. This turned out to be a great decision because as soon as Karl Shepherd from FS took over the responsibility for the sale management, he did it in a totally professional, communicative, calm, collected and effective way. Karl uses logic, common sense and reason to explain a plan and then just goes out and gets it done!....also providing feedback in a timely manner. Every house sale will have hiccups and queries and Karl dealt with them before anything could escalate into a problem. Frank and David back at the office were fully able to provide help when Karl was unavailable and the whole team gave us 100%. We are very grateful and have no hesitation in recommending Frank Shippers to sell your house.

We have had our house on the market for longer than we wished only because the chain below us kept failing, but we sold it today!!. Throughout many months, Karl has been the consummate professional, always keeping us advised about what was going on further down the chain. Me and my partner recently moved out from a rental flat that was with frank schippers. We had many issues which were not addressed including issues with the roof which were never resolved! This led to mould issues which they then tried to blame on us as “lifestyle” issues. This was very unprofessional. The issues with the roof were reported soon after moving in and were not fixed in the time we were there for over a year. They then tried to claim that it was fixed however there was still visible light in coming through the roof. Whenever we asked when this would be fixed we were told that it was either with the property manager or the land lord. We were also told the landlord is chasing it everyday (not sure why nothing was done if they chased everyday for over a year) The bathroom was also meant to be redecorated due to issues with ventilation leading to mould however this was not fixed before we moved out again. We also had a number of issues reported which were not resolved within a reasonable time including the carbon monoxide detector which was reported as not working in the first report and was replaced only a couple months before we moved out (also it was in the wrong place!). Would not recommend.

We were purchasing a retirement apartment through Frank Schippers for my mother-in-law & due to bad timing we were due to be away though a large part of the process - Karl took care of everything including dropping round & collecting paperwork for her from solicitors & making sure MIL was taken great care of every step of the way, it was comforting to know. He also secured full asking price for her own property! And their commission fees were very good, less than others. I have to say personally I have used the two larger well know Bracknell agents before & have had unpleasant experiences on both occasions - will definitely be using Frank Schippers in the future should the need arise. Always on the end of the phone (and if not calls back very quick), no question or query is too big or small and he went above and beyond for us where at times he really didn't need to. Dreadful estate agents. Their key practise is overvaluing properties promising unrealistic sale prices to obtain listings. This then trapping sellers who are not aware of their tactics into long sole agency contracts forcing them to reduce the price to ensure a sale, essentially doing their job for them. Just have a look on Rightmove at all of their listings, all you will see is REDUCED REDUCED REDUCED REDUCED due to their unrealistic pricing especially during a period where interest rates are at a 20 year high. I tried to have dealings with Frank Schippers on several occasions over the last 2 years however it’s got to the point now where I disregard any listings advertised by Frank Schippers due to their painful negotiation processes, unrealistic valuations and quite ‘frankly’ dodgy agents, specifically David Teague who lied to me on several occasions regarding prices that sellers would consider in negotiations, only to find out 6 months later via Zoopla/Rightmove sold prices history that the house had infact sold for the same price I was willing to pay. Everything about them is dodgy and they should be avoided, ESPECIALLY by buyers unless you want to be completely ripped off.

Sold a house in Crowthorne, but live around an hour away. Frank and Karl were professional, knowledgeable and excellent communicators. They coordinated photographers, handymen, surveyors, cleaners etc in my absence, and I had complete trust in them. We would only go with Frank Schippers! The service has been so good that we will keep coming back. We have been dealing with Karl during our sale; he has been exceptional. Just when you think he can’t do anything more, he pulls out another gem. We had a traditional chain, but also a further sale of an estate house, which Karl had nothing to do with, but he still offered his help in getting that chain sorted. We are certain that a couple of times the deal was falling through, but some exceptional negotiating skills from Karl kept us on track - we now complete in little more than a week. We will be recommending Frank Schippers to everyone we meet; the best option in Crowthorne!
