GoogleBeing a landlord can be really stressful, but knowing that Jacqui and her team are there to support you and deal with your property and tenants, is a God send. They also deal with any maintenance issues and bring in the contactors for you, plus deal directly with your tenants on your behalf, so you are not having to deal with any issues that may arise
Plymouth Homes letting gives me total confidence to rent my property out, as i am not the expert in this field, but they are.
Knowing that a property i worked so hard for, is being looked after and the rent guarantee, making renting out my property as easy solution without me having to run it .

TrustpilotThe particulars of sale were incorrect
The particulars of sale were incorrect. The sales details incorrectly stated that the first-floor bathroom had a low level toilet. I had to install a toilet and sink at a cost to me of £1,300. Plymouth Homes refused responsibility. My advice stay clear of Plymouth Homes/thoroughly check their sales details. I am currently going through the complaints procedure with the Property Ombudsman.

From the initial call, to the viewing with Matt, to being offered the property, to being met on the moving in day with the keys, the service from everyone at Plymouth Homes was faultless. It made a difficult situation so much easier for us for which we are extremely thankful. Any questions we had we answered pretty much immediately and we felt really looked after. Thankfully we haven't had any issues with the property, but we know that if we did they would be dealt with as quickly as possible.
