GoogleIt was nice to meet David, along with my husband and be shown around the property by him...We have looked at a lot of houses now and have come across a variety of agents. David was a genuine one, who didn't come across as pushy. We really appreciated this!

GoogleWe were extremely impressed with KMJ from the moment we first enquired about a rental property. As a family-run business, they were welcoming, professional and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process.
As we were travelling a long distance, we found it difficult to align timings to view properties, but everyone we dealt with went above and beyond to accommodate us and make things as easy as possible.
David, the owner, eventually showed us around himself. He was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and, importantly, not at all pushy, which made the whole experience very relaxed.
We would highly recommend KMJ to anyone looking to rent a property. A genuinely lovely, professional and helpful team.

GoogleMet with Marc at a very busy and popular house viewing. Marc was professional and took the time to answer my questions despite having to manage a lot of people. Made it an easy and pleasurable viewing

GoogleVery good service from KMJ Property in Rusthall. Despite my house purchase being at the end of June, an exceptionally busy time due to the imminent ending of the stamp duty holiday, Suzanne, David and the team provided a very considerate, efficient and professional service throughout the process. The ‘moving in’ parcel was a very nice gesture and was much appreciated. I would have no reservations in recommending them to anyone looking at moving house.

Thank you so much for your kind review!
We know how intense the end of June was with the stamp duty deadline looming, so we're really pleased to hear that you still felt well looked after throughout the process. Providing a considerate, professional, and efficient service, especially during busy periods, is exactly what we aim for.
We're so glad you appreciated the moving-in parcel too, it’s those little touches that mean a lot to us.
Thank you again for your recommendation, and we wish you every happiness in your new home!
Warm regards,
The KMJ Property Team

GoogleVery grateful for KMJ's support selling a property in difficult circumstances. I found them to be knowledgeable about both the market and the process, helpful with advice at preparing a property for sale (e.g. what not to spend money on) and responsive to queries even outside normal office hours. I would certainly recommend KMJ over the usual high street names - you feel like you're getting a personal service rather than being just one of many clients.
