GoogleAs I competitor and fellow estate agent it pains me to write this review but John, Marie, Jordan and the rest of the team at cubitt & west have been brilliant. From initial viewing to exchange they we're fantastic. Emma the sales progressor is an angel who held together a very volatile chain, no thanks to an agent within said chain that made matters worse. Thank you all for everything and we look forward to making the house our home. We got there in the end!

GoogleI chose Cubitt and West due to the passion and enthusiasm Branch manager John had for the property and his knowledge of the market. Communication with the branch was faultless- Marie, Jordan and Emma all were easily accessible, professional and above all helpful. I received regular updates and the online portal was an easy way to see the number of viewings and feedback obtained. I have used cubitt and west before and no doubt will use them again! Thanks for your hard work team!

GoogleAbsolutely awesome service! John and Emma are brilliant. They could not have been more helpful. The communication is superb, with regular updates. They help chase the solicitors and other parties etc. They were easy to contact for viewings and to make any other arrangement. If there was a 6th star option, I would use it here.

GoogleTruly grateful to John and all the team at Crowborough for the service they provided on the sale of my home. From the initial appointment with John to value and sign up, through to the niggly frustrations that arose to close off the sale, often ably handled by the unflappable Marie, I received nothing but instant, friendly and knowledgeable care and support. Thanks ALL.
