A very efficient and professional run Agency.....

Although due to our circumstances we had to pull out of the property purchase, throughout the buying process Yvonne was friendly, helpful, polite and understanding, providing advice freely and straight away. If an answer wasn't available straight away, she would find out and return with an answer. Nothing was too much trouble! We had a number of surveys carried out. Each time a surveyor/tradesperson was required to carry out a survey/inspection, they were able to book a day and time to visit the property and collect keys for access without any problems, due to the very efficient and professional way Yvonne runs the Agency. Very well done!!!

Appalling service. Six weeks ago we requested to view a property which hadn't sold at auction, after chasing we finally got a viewing three weeks later! We made a formal offer later that day and to this day we still do not know if our offer has even been presented, really poor communication, never call back when they say they will. To put those six weeks into perspective we could of completed the sale in that time, the seller would have their money and we would have our property. I feel sorry for the seller who has signed a contract with Auction house to sell their property. Absolute sham, Terrible service. Avoid!

The electronic paper work came with easy to follow instructions and I was able to complete it with no problems. A totally professionally service from start to finish from Robert Hurst and his team regarding the sale of my property via Auction House. The selling price was very much in line with what he predicted upon initial viewing and there was enough interest from the bidders to attain this. Cherie and Yvonne were wonderful

Cherie and Yvonne were wonderful, and provided an excellent efficient, caring and proactive service. Moving house can be a very stressful and emotional time, but they were absolutely brilliant. They are very knowledgeable about the property market and will tell you how it is, so you can trust what they say. They do all they can to help, and will do their best for you. Avoid like the plague

Based upon the telephone call I overheard today between the so called “director Yvonne Astley” and my daughter I would avoid this company like the plague. Minus Zero stars is more appropriate. Her attitude from the off has been very judgmental/biased due to the age of my daughter and her partner. They have been blocked from viewings so had to approach the home owners directly. My daughter was verbally insulted, this women has a serious lack of customer service skills, she interrupts, raises her voice and will not listen. She believes she is above all others based upon her vile attitude. Anyone can become a. director of a company so id suggest she needs to reign it in somewhat if she values her business and any future prospective customers. If she was employed, as an HR Manager I can categorically state she would be dismissed for gross misconduct. Perhaps explains why there is an admin person, mortgage advisor and herself only employed there! Oh and not to mention a lack of properties to market in the first instance. All in all a very unprofessional experience with insults thrown in for good measure.

I was very happy with our experience of selling through the Auction House East Anglia. The organisation was efficient and clear on the service it offered and the costs involved. The auctions manager, Robert Hurst, was realistic in his assessment of the property to be sold and managed our expectations well. Living 400 miles away was not an issue as the Auction House dealt with all viewings. The process of selling by auction was speedy and free from hassle (though not suspense!) As it turned out, the property sold very well, for which the Auction House must take much of the credit.
