GoogleFaultless. Kyle and his team went absolutely above and beyond for us when we decided to sell our property with them. Kyle was always on the end of the phone, days, nights and even at weekends! I honestly couldn't recommend him highly enough. If you are thinking of selling your property then Asset Properties are the team for the job.

FacebookWe bought a property that was advertised with Asset properties and Kyle was honest and open from the start, a very smooth quick transaction from first viewing to moving day, Kyle even came back after handing over keys to take some things to the tip for us, would highly recommend ๐

FacebookAfter several unsuccessful conversations with various estate agents we came across Asset properties. Kyle was very helpful and professional and could not do enough to help us. He sold our flat very quickly and even managed to sell for more than we anticipated. Highly recommended

GoogleI sold a flat in Edinburgh, and later bought a house in Perthshire with Asset Properties. From start to finish both transactions were a fantastic experience, and I would not use anyone else. Forget about using faceless, inexperienced and quite often ignorant (or uninterested) larger companies. From Asset you get personal and prompt service, a wealth of advice and guidance from Kyle and his wider team of skilled and experienced people. The photos, the videos, the surveyors, access to reliable tradespeople and legal issues were all brilliant and excellent value. An all round fantastic package.

FacebookWe've been in our new house for nearly two months now and the whole process of having Kyle at Asset Properties sell our previous home was an absolute delight.Excellent, expert knowledge and advice with impeccable performance.Asset Properties found buyers for our home using only a promotional video!! Sadly things then unravelled with the buyers who withdrew, however it took less than a day to secure a new offer which we were really impressed with. They'd sold our home twice in record time!!I really could not and would not recommend any body else.

FacebookHad our property on market for just under a year with another local estate agent but had very few viewings. Asset properties took over the marketing and with Kyle's input and advice the house was sold within twenty four hours of being advertised. He was honest and trustworthy and his service was second to none. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company's services. 100% satisfaction! Cheers Kyle, pleasure doing business!

I really honestly would not consider any other agent and I would give my highest recommendation to anyone looking to engage Asset Properties services. On the phone night and day when I had questions or queries, handled our viewings with utmost professionalism and made selling our home a doddle. Thank you!!

Very sorry to see this review John the property you enquired about Sold and I did call you to tell you this, it was being sold for a very elderly client and communication was not instant. But I did take the time to call you and others to advise it was sold!!!
